Slaves Premiere “Prayers” Video

Slaves have premiered a new video for their new song “Prayers.” Vocalist Matt McAndrew commented:

“‘Prayers’ seemed like the best single to lead with from the upcoming LP. It’s flashy, upbeat, and comes in swinging. There are so many different vibes on the album that it would be impossible to pick one that represents the record as a whole, but ‘Prayers’ is one of our favorites. It’s a song about being in a relationship with someone that’s going off the rails.”

Watch Good Charlotte Perform With Dr. Phil

Here’s a random story for you. Good Charlotte apparently teamed up with Dr. Phil for a performance of “Lifestyles Of The Rich And Famous” on “The Late Late Show With James Corden.” The whole thing came about from a skit in which Corden played a musical guru that wanted to turn Good Charlotte into Great Charlotte. You can see how that all went down below.

Furthermore, Good Charlotte also performed “Prayers” on the show. That track is from the band’s new album “Generation Rx,” which was released today (September 14).

Good Charlotte Premiere “Prayers” Music Video

Good Charlotte have premiered a new video for their new song “Prayers.” This track is from the band’s new album “Generation Rx,” which will be released on September 14. The group commented:

“The video profiles a real life friend of the band and his parents as they work hard and contribute to their community even though they are under constant threat of deportation by I.C.E. Despite everything they are up against, they remain optimistic and proud to call themselves American.”

It’s also worth noting that the band have donated the budget for the clip to RAICES.

Ozzy Osbourne, Rob Zombie, Prophets Of Rage, Marilyn Manson, Etc. Set For 2017 Ozzfest Meets Knotfest

The lineup has been revealed for the 2017 Ozzfest Meets Knotfest. The event will take place at the Glen Helen Amphitheater & Festival Grounds on November 4-5, with Ozzfest set for day one and Knotfest set for day two.

Sharon Osbourne said the following:

“’Ozzfest Meets Knotfest‘ is coming back for another round. Last year we had over 75,000 people attend and we have another great lineup this year with Ozzy’s first solo show in L.A. in more than six years. This is not just another show…it’s ‘Ozzfest Meets Knotfest‘! And this year’s event means the world to me as we’ll be amongst friends like Prophets of Rage, Rob Zombie, Deftones, Marilyn Manson and Stone Sour…it’s going to be another amazing weekend.”

Corey Taylor (Slipknot/Stone Sour) added:

“‘Knotfest‘ was never supposed to be exclusively about Slipknot. It was always about the things that fueled the spirit of Slipknot: music, art, passion, insanity, and the tribes that give it power. So it would make sense for Knotfest to carry on these ideas, even without Slipknot.

Because these things are the gasoline of creativity, and there’s plenty to go around, with plenty of great bands, acts and things to see. Teaming up again with Ozzfest means another weekend of the biggest, baddest, loudest and best. I hope you all will join us; it’s going to be (sic).”

Slipknot’s M. Shawn “Clown” Crahan also commented:

“It’s that incredible time again where Ozzfest and Knotfest meet up to bring all music fans together for two days of Rock and Roll. Let’s not forget the beautiful culture we are involved in and the history that is being written. Join the true passion of our concepts. I’ll see you there. Stay (sic).”
