Decrepit Birth Drop Off The Black Dahlia Murder, Suffocation, Etc. Tour

Decrepit Birth have dropped off The Black Dahlia Murder’s tour with Suffocation, Necrot, and Wormwitch, due to Matt Sotelo’s health issues. The Zenith Passage will now be added to the tour starting November 4.

Decrepit Birth commented:

“Due to the intensifying of a pre-existing medical condition, our guitarist Matt Sotelo is not able to finish the rest of the dates for the current tour with The Black Dahlia Murder, Suffocation, Necrot and Wormwitch. Matt will need the next few months to recover, but is expected to make a full recovery and will be ready to tour again next year.

Since Matt is such an important member to the band and VERY integral to our live show, the band will also not be able to continue on with this tour without him. We all apologize to our fans who already bought tickets to see us. We promise to return to your area for make-up shows next year. Again, we apologize to our fans and friends who planned on seeing us during this tour.

We were having a great time… but please, still support this tour and go see the amazing bands that are on it. We’ll be back!”

Exhumed Premiere “Night Work” Music Video

Exhumed have premiered a new video for their new song “Night Work.” According to Revolver, the clip is “loosely based on the true, terrifying story of William Burke and William Hare, two Scots who went on a murder spree in the 1820s, killing 16 people and selling their corpses to anatomist Robert Knox for dissection purposes.” The song is from the band’s new album “Death Revenge,” which will be released on October 13.

The band commented:

“We are extremely stoked to present this cinematic clip that brings you deep into the world of the Death Revenge storyline. Director Jeff Sisson really outdid himself capturing the vibe and violence of the record and the concept, and this is the first video we’ve done that really fulfills the horror-movie vision we’ve always wanted to capture with our music. Spoiler alert: it’s a tale of grave-robbery, murder and madness, so sit back, turn off the lights, lock your doors and get ready to undertake some night work with us.”

Exhumed Premiere “Lifeless” Music Video

Exhumed have premiered a new video for their new song “Lifeless,” via Loudwire. This song is from the band’s new album “Death Revenge,” which will be released on October 13.

Matt Harvey commented:

“Following sequentially through the album’s tracklist, we are stoked to lay ‘Lifeless‘ on you. ‘Defenders Of The Grave‘ is the introduction for the tale of ‘Death Revenge‘ and ‘Lifeless‘ sets the actual plot that continues for the rest of the record in motion. Fitting with the vibe of the storyline as a whole, the clip focuses more on story elements and vibe rather than close up shots of guitar-noodling. I think it sets the tone nicely. Cheers!”
