Christine McVie’s cause of death has officially been revealed. According to The Blast, the Fleetwood Mac member passed away following an ischemic stroke. Cancer was listed as a secondary cause as well. It was also added that the cancer she was suffering from was “metastatic malignancy of unknown primary origin.”
