Pallbearer Premiere “Foreigner” Live Video, Announce “Sorrow & Extinction” 10th Anniversary European/UK Tour

Pallbearer have premiered a new live video for their song “Foreigner.” The clip was recorded during the band’s October 2021 show at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, NY. With this news, the group have also announced that they will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of “Sorrow And Extinction“ on an August European/UK tour. A limited edition deluxe vinyl version of that effort is also being planned. Here’s the dates:

King Crimson And Foreigner Co-Founder Ian McDonald Passes Away

King Crimson and Foreigner co-founder Ian McDonald has sadly passed away at the age of 75. A representative says the musician died “peacefully on February 9, 2022 in his home in New York City, surrounded by his family.” According to Rolling Stone, McDonald’s son has also confirmed that his death was the result of cancer.

Whitesnake Welcome Trans-Siberian Orchestra Singer Dino Jelusick To The Band, Announce UK/Ireland Tour

Whitesnake have welcomed singer/multi-instrumentalist Dino Jelusick (Trans-Siberian Orchestra, etc.) to the band. The group announced his addition with the below video:

Frontman David Coverdale commented:

“I am absolutely delighted to welcome the extremely gifted Dino Jelusick to Whitesnake. We’ve had our eyes and ears on him since we played Zagreb together two years ago. You’re going to love him!”

Jelusick added:

“I am beyond honored to be part of one of my favourite bands of all time. To get the phone call from David Coverdale is something every singer and musician of my generation can only dream of; it still feels completely surreal. I cannot wait to start hitting the road with Whitesnake and, as the great DC said to me himself, to give a piece of my identity to the sound of this iconic band.”

DailyBOOM Media have release a new documentary focusing on the harsh impact that the coronavirus pandemic has had on the music industry. The film is titled “Let The Music Play” and it features members of Whitesnake, Foreigner, Stryper, L.A. Guns, Enuff- Z’Nuff, and more. The documentary was written by executive producer Cate Meighan, with Emmy Award-winning video-editor and co-producer Heather Dauterive.
