Guns N’ Roses Guitarist Slash Launches New Horror Production Company BerserkerGang

Slash (Guns N’ Roses) has announced a new horror production company called BerserkerGang. The guitarist is working on that venture with Michael Paszt, James Fler and Andrew T. Hunt of Raven Banner; Rodrigo Gudiño of Rue Morgue magazine; and producer Pasha Patriki of Hangar 18 Media. Slash told Variety the following:

“I’ve always been a huge horror fan, especially going back to the days when horror movies actually scared the hell out of you. I want to get into the heart of the producing business so I can try and make movies that I’d like to see.”

This news comes after Slash, Raven and Rodrigo previously collaborated on “The Breach.” That film will receive a wide release later this year.

Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators Premiere “April Fool” Music Video

Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy And The Conspirators have premiered a new video for their song “April Fool.” This track is from the band’s latest album “4.”

Slash commented:

“The song really came together when we went into the studio, and it is one of the songs that Dave Cobb had a definite impact on. Certain key elements were missing in the demo, arrangement-wise, and he just went, ‘We’ll connect that right there…’ And I was like, ‘Oh, yeah, that’s a good idea!’ [laughs] Sometimes you just need that other person that you can trust musically. And if they have an idea, you can’t be too precious to try it.”

Myles Kennedy added:

“It’s one of my favorites. A really fun track. Lyrically it’s about being played, and ultimately you realize you’ve had enough, and you decide you’re going to have the last laugh in the end. That’s where that line ‘I guess the jokes’ on you,’ comes into play. And Dave got his hands dirty on this one. He did some tweaking and suddenly it was like, ‘This is a lot better!’ We were really, really, happy with how it turned out.”
