Valkyrie (Ex-Baroness) Premiere New Song “Evil Eye”

Valkyrie, the band featuring ex-Baroness guitarist Peter Adams, have premiered a new song titled “Evil Eye.” This track is from the group’s new album “Fear,” which will be released on July 24. Adams commented:

“‘Evil Eye‘ is the song that came together more quickly than the others. With all of the melody, guitar bits, and tempo, it’s a lot of fun to play. We also saw an opportunity to fade out on a doubled up lead and sung chorus and jumped on it. You don’t get that chance every day.”

Valkyrie (Ex-Baroness) Premiere New Song “The Choice”

Valkyrie, the band featuring ex-Baroness guitarist Peter Adams, have premiered a new song titled “The Choice.” This track is from the band’s new album “Fear,” which will be released on July 24. Jake Adams commented:

“‘The Choice‘, while based on some personal struggles I’ve faced over the last few years, is largely about honoring your self worth enough to have confidence in your decisions and see things through. While I wrote the words, Pete wrote all the riffs on this one and what I love about the song is that the riffs really harken back to our youth in the ‘90s – when music was heavy but still had great melody. This song has lots of dimensions to it and really expands the palette that we traditionally work from.”

Caligula’s Horse Premiere New Song “Valkyrie”

Caligula’s Horse have premiered a new song titled “Valkyrie.” This track is from the band’s new album “Rise Radiant,” which will be released on May 22. Drummer Josh Griffin commented:

“Valkyrie is a song that’s very close to our hearts. Its themes of learning patience, ending the war inside ourselves, and celebrating the journey are more timely and appropriate than ever before. We all had an absolute blast putting this one together, particularly some of the fun interplay between us all and getting every last drop of groove out of it. We’re all incredibly proud of this track. Valkyrie encapsulates everything Rise Radiant represents. It’s vibrant and colourful, dark, groovy and heavy!”
