Marty Balin (Jefferson Airplane, (Jefferson Starship) has passed away at the age of 76. No cause of death has been revealed, but spokesman Ryan Romanesko told the Los Angeles Times that he died in Tampa, FL while on the way to the hospital. His wife Susan Joy Balin was by his side.
