Tribulation To Release “Nightbound” 7″ In September

Tribulation have announced that they will be releasing a new 7″ titled “Nightbound“ on September 14. The effort will feature the album version of “Nightbound” off the band’s latest album “Down Below,“ as well as a live version of the song and an unreleased instrumental demo version. Pre-orders can be found HERE, and the following color options will be available: transparent blue vinyl (limited to 100 copies, CM Webshop Europe), white vinyl (limited to 200 copies, CM Distro Europe), dark green vinyl (limited to 100 copies, webstore via Kingsroad), transparent red vinyl (limited to 100 copies, merch booth on tour), and black vinyl (limited to 500 copies, CM Distro Europe). A Robert Piehl directed music video for “Nightbound” is in the works as well.

Mayhem “Cursed In Eternity” Box Set To Be Released In November

A new limited edition deluxe Mayhem set called “Cursed In Eternity” will be made available on November 16 via Peaceville. The release, which covers the Dead era of the band, will come with six picture disc LPs, a seven inch single, a 92-page book, posters, and a DVD featuring the never-before-seen Jessheim and Sarpsborg live shows, along with the Henhouse rehearsals. The picture discs will include the group’s 1990 live dates in Norway, their short German tour and the “Out from the Dark” and “Henhouse” rehearsal sessions. The seven inch will feature “Freezing Moon” and “Carnage,” which were originally recorded for the CBR compilation “Projections of a Stained Mind.” The book will contain various stories from members of the band and others from the scene. It will also include letters and previously unseen photographs.

Voivod Premiere “Obsolete Beings” Music Video, Plan To Release New 7″ In August

Voivod have premiered a new video for their new song “Obsolete Beings.” This track is from the band’s new album “The Wake,” which will be released on September 21.

Before “The Wake” is released, the band will be releasing a new 7″ on August 31. It will come with the album track “Always Moving,” as well as a live version of “Order Of The Blackguards.”

Furthermore, the U.S. CD version of “The Wake” will come with a bonus disc featuring the group’s “Post Society” EP and six tracks recorded live during the 70000 Tons Of Metal cruise. Here’s the track listing for that disc:

Code Orange “Bleeding In The Blur” 7″ Released Through Revolver

Code Orange have released an exclusive 7 inch vinyl pressing of “Bleeding In The Blur“ via Revolver. You can get that by ordering a special bundle that comes with the single (limited to 1000), the October/November 2017 issue of Revolver with the band on the cover, and a subscription to the magazine. You can order that HERE. On another note, Code Orange have also launched an online puzzle, which you can check out HERE. It will be taken down soon and the big prize has already been given out, but it’s still fun to try.

Architects Premiere “Doomsday” Live Video

Architects have premiered a new live video for their song “Doomsday.“ The clip was filmed on February 3, 2018 at Alexandra Palace in London, England. New 7 Inch Single From Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder To Be Given Out With Tickets To Upcoming Chicago Cubs Game

It looks like fans who buy tickets to the Chicago Cubs vs. Cincinnati Reds game on July 6 at Wrigley Field will get a special 7 inch vinyl from Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder. The effort is being released through Jack White’s Third Man Records and it will feature “All The Way,” which Vedder wrote about the Cubs, as well as a 1984 performance of Steve Goodman’s”Go, Cubs, Go.”

The Devil Wears Prada have released a cover of Julien Baker’s “Sour Breath.” You can get that in digital outlets now, and as a 7 inch vinyl on July 13. Mike Hranica commented:
