Mötley Crüe Announce “Crücial Crüe: The Studio Albums 1981-1989” Box Set

Mötley Crüe have announced a new limited edition box set titled “Crücial Crüe: The Studio Albums 1981-1989.” The collection is expected to be released on February 17 and it will feature: “Too Fast For Love,” “Shout At The Devil,” “Theatre Of Pain,” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” and “Dr. Feelgood.” Fans can pre-order the set on vinyl and CD HERE. There will only be 10,000 units of each configuration available.

Dredg Announce “Dredg Vault” Box Set

Dredg will be releasing a new “Dredg Vault” box set on December 1. The effort will include a 340-page hardcover book, re-releases of early music, and more.

The band commented:

“dredg VAULT – a bold, very limited collection of previously unreleased and recently sourced works of art, music, video and relics spanning 28 years time.

The centerpiece is a 340 page hardcover book (10″ x 13″) signed, numbered and personalized, encapsulating the entire career of the band, from childhood to today.

Other articles and relics include re-releases of early music, unreleased documentary studio footage, conceptual letters, maps, lyric books, as well as never released music.

Each vault is delivered in a custom artwork printed box personalizing the experience from the moment it arrives.

Def Leppard To Release “Def Leppard – Volume Three” Box Set In June

Def Leppard will be releasing a new limited edition box set titled “Def Leppard – Volume Three” on June 11. The collection, which will be available as a nine-LP set and as a six-CD set, will come with three albums, “X,” “Yeah!,” and “Songs From the Sparkle Lounge,” and three compilations, “B-Sides”, “Yeah! Studio Covers,” and “Yeah! Live.” The sets will also be housed in rigid boxes with a hard-backed book containing rare photos by Ross Halfin and notes by Classic Rock’s Paul Elliott. Joe Elliott, Rick Savage, Rick Allen, and Phil Collen also contributed to the effort.

Amorphis To Release “Vinyl Collection 2006 – 2020” Box Set In May

Amorphis will be releasing a new vinyl box set titled “Vinyl Collection 2006 – 2020” on May 21. The set will come with vinyl pressings of “Eclipse,” “Silent Waters,” “Skyforger,” “Magic And Mayhem,” “The Beginning Of Times,” “Circle,” “Under The Red Cloud,” “Queen Of Time,” and a bonus live album titled “Live At Helsinki Ice Hall.” The latter was recorded during the band’s December 7, 2019 show in Helsinki, Finland and it will also be available digitally and as a 2CD set. Metallica will be releasing a limited edition box set featuring “Batch 100” of their Blackened Whiskey. New Years Day To Release “Through The Years” Limited Edition Box Set

New Years Day will be releasing a new limited edition box set called “Through The Years” on January 24. The set will come with the band’s complete discography on custom colored vinyl, a Blu-ray featuring their various music videos, and a four-page picture book of never-before-seen photos that were chosen and captioned by frontwoman Ash Costello. The set is limited to 500 copies and it can be pre-ordered HERE. Costello commented:

“I recorded New Years Day’s first album, ‘My Dear’, in my friend’s bedroom closet in 2005, nearly 15 years ago. The set will be limited to 3,000 numbered copies and it will come with 180-gram vinyl pressings of the band’s eight studio albums from 1970-1978, a new “Monomania” mono singles collection, a 7″ single featuring “Evil Woman (Don’t Play Your Games With Me)” and “Wicked World” (previously unreleased in North America), and reproductions of the original tour books from the era.
