Mötley Crüe have announced a new limited edition box set titled “Crücial Crüe: The Studio Albums 1981-1989.” The collection is expected to be released on February 17 and it will feature: “Too Fast For Love,” “Shout At The Devil,” “Theatre Of Pain,” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” and “Dr. Feelgood.” Fans can pre-order the set on vinyl and CD HERE. There will only be 10,000 units of each configuration available.

John 5 To Be Joined By Ace Frehley At April West Hollywood, CA Show

It looks like Ace Frehley (ex-KISS) will be joining John 5 (Rob Zombie. ex-Marilyn Manson) onstage during his April 6 show at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. This news comes after it was previously confirmed that Nikki Sixx (Mötley Crüe, Sixx:A.M.), Scott Ian (Anthrax), and Sebastian Bach (ex-Skid Row) would be performing at the concert as well.

It looks like Nikki Sixx (Mötley Crüe, Sixx:A.M.), Scott Ian (Anthrax), and Sebastian Bach (ex-Skid Row) will be joining John 5 (Rob Zombie. ex-Marilyn Manson) onstage during his April 6 show at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, California. John 5 told the “Iron City Rocks” podcast the following:

“I’m having a very, very, very special show at the Whisky A Go Go. Oh my God! This is gonna be insane. With some special guest stars… I guess I can talk about it. I’m gonna have Nikki Sixx, and we’re gonna play ‘Shout At The Devil’. I’m gonna have Nikki Sixx come up. Scott Ian’s gonna play guitar with us, and Sebastian Bach is gonna sing. And it is gonna be a night to remember, that’s for sure… You’re the first person I told about this, so it’s pretty neat.”

Bach also commented on Facebook:

“See you April 6 at the Whisky w John 5, Nikki Sixx, and Scott Ian! Also get ready for NEW STUDIO RECORD featuring John 5 on 2 songs! So far! Our 3rd collaboration in a row. I can’t wait to get the new album out!!”

During their performance at Hellfest, Disturbed were joined onstage by Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx, and his Sixx:A.M. bandmates DJ Ashba and James Michael for a cover of Mötley Crüe’s “Shout At The Devil.” You can see that at 35 minute mark in the below video.
