During John 5’s (Rob Zombie, etc.) April 6 show at the Whisky A Go Go in West Hollywood, CA, the guitarist was joined onstage by Michael Anthony (ex-Van Halen, etc.), Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), Shavo Odadjian (System Of A Down), and Fred Coury (Cinderella). John 5 Premieres “Midnight Mass” Music Video

John 5 has premiered a new video for his new song “Midnight Mass.“ This track is from the guitarist’s upcoming album “Invasion.“ John 5 commented:

Suicidal Tendencies, Death Angel, & Mecanix Added To Megadeth’s Megacruise

Suicidal Tendencies, Death Angel, and Mecanix (Megadeth tribute) have all been added to Megadeth’s inaugural Megacruise. The Norwegian Jewel will set sail from Los Angeles, CA on October 13, 2019 and it will hit ports in San Diego, CA and Ensenada, Mexico before returning on October 18, 2019. Previously announced acts include: Megadeth, Anthrax, Testament, Queensrÿche, DragonForce, Overkill, Corrosion Of Conformity, DevilDriver, Phil Campbell And The Bastard Sons, Doro, Armored Saint, Sacred Reich, John 5, Metal Church, Danko Jones, Beasto Blanco, Toothgrinder, and Metalachi. In addition to the various performances, the cruise will also feature artist photo experiences, Q&As, beer tasting, music clinics, morning coffee jams, a charity auction, special theme nights, a cornhole tournament, Megadeth themed events, etc.

John 5 Premieres “I Am John 5” Music Video

John 5 has premiered a new video for his new song “I Am John 5.“ The clip was animated, written, and directed by Disney animator Brett Boggs (“Frozen”, “Wreck-It Ralph”) and the track will appear on the guitarist’s upcoming album “Invasion.“ John 5 commented:

“In this video, I am transformed into a mechanical monster and controlled by the mad scientist – performed by Butch Patrick aka Eddie Munster – to destroy Hollywood! I’m programmed with my laser beam guitar to destroy everything in my path! You’ll have to watch to see what happens…”

John 5 is currently on tour with Jared Nichol James and Dead Girls Academy and he is planning to have various guests join him on the California dates. Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), Shavo Odadjian (System Of A Down), Fred Coury (Cinderella), and Michael Anthony (Chickenfoot, ex-Van Halen) are already confirmed for the Hollywood show.
