According to AL.com, Dr. Richard Snellgrove, who prescribed the late Matt Roberts (ex-3 Doors Down) fentanyl and other drugs, has been acquitted of federal charges. The jury returned their verdict on Monday. Snellgrove was charged with 13 counts of writing prescriptions that were not medically necessary. He is still facing a wrongful death suit.
