According to WLOX, former 3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a felon. Judge Robert Krebs gave the musician the maximum penalty at his sentencing in Jackson County Circuit Court on Thursday (October 11). Harrell was arrested back in June after authorities found guns and drugs in his St. Martin, Mississippi home while responding to an alarm during a domestic dispute that turned physical. After his arrest, Harrell got himself into more trouble for introducing narcotics into a correctional facility after drugs were found in his mail during a screening at the Jackson County Jail. He is still facing a jail contraband charge for that as well. Harrell was also previously charged with vehicular homicide in 2013 after he killed 47-year-old Paul Shoulders, while driving under the influence. He was fired from 3 Doors Down shortly after.
