  • Watch GWAR Cover Chappell Roan’s “Pink Pony Club”

GWAR recently covered Chappell Roan‘s “Pink Pony Club“ as part of The A.V. Club‘s “A.V. Undercover” series. You can see footage of that below:

The A.V. Club‘s Editor-In-Chief Danette Chavez said the following about choosing the cover:

“As we put together the song list for A.V. Undercover season 10, we knew this iconic pairing had to happen. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate this landmark season of Undercover than seeing GWAR on the stage in their heels hooves, singing ‘Pink Pony Club.’”

GWAR vocalist Blöthar The Berzerker added:

“‘Pink Pony Club‘ is about embracing exile from a boring, shitty world and remaking yourself into whatever you want—be who you are, be who you aren’t, piss people off, we don’t care!”

  • Static Dress Sign With Sumerian Records, Premiere “Human Props” Music Video

Static Dress have signed a new deal with Sumerian Records. The band’s first release through the label is a new single titled “Human Props.” You can find a video for that track below. The group commented:

“Shawn [Keith, Sumerian Records president] and the rest of Sumerian have believed in Static Dress for years completely selflessly. Now, our paths have finally crossed at just the correct time, allowing us to execute this band in the way we always wanted to. No compromises, no forced ideas, no inauthenticities. They run a label like a label should be ran; actual people promoting music for fans, not just a wannabe money printing machine.”

Moodring have premiered a new video for their new song “Masochist Machine.” This track is from the band’s new album, “death fetish,” which will be released on March 27.

“‘Masochist Machine‘ is about being used by your own addictions and obsessive compulsions. A losing struggle against illicit drugs, sex, and a longing for any kind of release from this life. This coincides with a retrofuturisic musical backdrop, seeking another form of escapism.”

He also added the following about the album:

“I just wanted to make a dark, honest record. And if people don’t like it, I don’t really care. I had to do it for myself.”

Between The Buried And Me have shared a new live video for their song “God Terror.” The clip was filmed during the band’s October 24, 2025 show at Summit Music Hall in Denver, CO. The track appears on their latest album “The Blue Nowhere.” Tommy Rogers said the following about the song:

“Once we started bringing new songs to the stage, we immediately felt a darker, more intense shift in the set when ‘God Terror‘ hit. The energy was unmistakable, and we knew we wanted to capture that feeling in a live version of the tune. Denver felt like the obvious choice to film and record, thanks to the constant excitement and connection we’ve always shared with the fans there.”
