Between The Buried And Me Postpone 20th Anniversary Tour

Between The Buried And Me have postponed their 20th anniversary tour due to the coronavirus pandemic. The band commented:

“Good morning! We wanted to give you all an update on our upcoming US/Canadian ‘Evening With’ tour. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the inevitability of these shows having to be rescheduled has unfortunately become a reality. But rest assured, we WILL take this tour on the road as soon as it is safe and logistically feasible to do so. All purchased tickets and VIP packages will be valid for the new dates, so please continue to check here often for updates. In the meantime we ask that you stay safe, healthy, and alone. See you soon!!”

Between The Buried And Me To Release Remixed/Remastered Version Of Self-Titled Debut Album On Vinyl

Between The Buried And Me will be reissuing their 2002 self-titled debut album on vinyl on May 15. The effort, which will be available on clear colored vinyl (limited to 500 copies), has been remixed/remastered by producer Jamie King and it can be pre-ordered HERE.

Paul Waggoner commented:

“It’s always a strange feeling when you bring faded memories back into focus and find yourself reflecting on an adventure that started two decades ago and somehow still continues to this day. All the daily ups-and-downs and side-to-sides of being in a band can sometimes blur the past and make you forget where you came from, and why you started doing this thing in the first place. So it’s nice to dig up the bones of our humble beginnings, make them sound a little better, and present them to the people that have made this all possible.”

Tommy Rogers added:

“If you told me in 2001 that this album, we recorded in five days would eventually turn into a career that’s lasted 20 years, I would think you were absolutely mad. Here we are in 2020 getting to remix and remaster what started it all. It’s been a great experience listening back and giving this original Between the Buried and Me album a new life. We hope the fans enjoy this new mix by Jamie King as much as we have.”

Between The Buried And Me Streaming Remixed/Remastered 10th Anniversary Edition Of “The Great Misdirect”

Between The Buried And Me have digitally released their remixed/remastered 10th anniversary edition of “The Great Misdirect.“ Tommy Rogers had the following to say about this version of the effort, which is also available on vinyl:

“‘The Great Misdirect‘ was, in my opinion, one of our greatest achievements up until this point. We really started to hone-in on our more experimental, adventurous sound and showed the world that we are very comfortable in our own musical skin. As a group, we came together in a new way and created a genuine album that holds up a decade later. Now, I’m very excited to have it re-mixed by Jamie King and hear how far we have all come. Hopefully, our fans will enjoy the new mix as we have.”
