Imperial Triumphant Premiere Video For New Song “City Swine” Feat. Meshuggah’s Tomas Haake

Imperial Triumphant have premiered a new video for their new song “City Swine.” This track features Meshuggah drummer Tomas Haake and it will appear on the band’s new album “Alphaville,“ which is set to be released on July 31. Bassist Steve Blanco commented:

“In the depths of the big city lurking beneath the lowest forms is a wretched swine that can be of no use. Laughing somewhere above is an equally wretched swine, that dumps on everything in its path. Both serve no purpose, are ineffective, and remain unprofitable in the eyes of the big machine.”

Imperial Triumphant Premiere “Rotted Futures” Video

Imperial Triumphant have premiered a new video for their new song “Rotted Futures.” This track is from the band’s new album “Alphaville,“ which will be released on July 31. The group commented:

“No one knows what the future shall look like. Well, some might know the shape of things to come. Some will bet on it. Perhaps we’re living it. Perhaps it will be quite different. If we had a special looking glass that could reveal millennia of repeated timelines we might observe big dreams for a bright future, built upon systemic shifts that eventually fall. Behold the future.”

Rescheduled Dates Revealed For Devastation On The Nation Tour Feat. Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Etc.

The dates have officially been rescheduled for the Devastation On The Nation Tour. As previously reported, that trek will feature Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant.

Devastation On The Nation and Metal Festival Tours founder Daniel DeFonce commented:

“We were pretty upset when we found out that the President issued a travel ban from Europe to the United States. We knew there was no way around it. We thought about having the bands fly here before the travel ban came into affect, but with more and more states/cities putting a cap on concerts, gatherings, etc, we knew that shows would have ended up being canceled. Within 24 hours, we heard back from all five bands on the tour about rescheduling it to February/March of 2021 and all five bands were in. From there, I went back to all the promoters/venues and was able to do the same exact route and have the same venues for the tour. It was an incredible feeling when this happened. So here we are, same lineup, same route, same venues but it’s happening February 11th – March 14th of 2021. We hope to see you all at these shows in 2021! Stay safe everyone.”

Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Etc. Tour Postponed

This year’s Devastation On The Nation Tour, which features Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant, has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The trek will now take place in 2021 with the same lineup.

The following statement was issued:

“Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are numerous states and cities on the Devastation On The Nation Tour that are putting bans on gatherings anywhere between 100-1000 people. On top of that, the President of the United States of America has put a travel ban in place for anyone coming from Europe to America for the next 30 days which starts Friday.

Three out of the five bands on this tour are from Europe which are Rotting Christ, Borknagar, and Wolfheart. They were scheduled to fly here on March 18th. Unfortunately, as you can see, our hands are tied and we have no other choice than to postpone the Devastation On The Nation Tour.

The tour will now be rescheduled to February 11th – March 14th, 2021 and will have the same route in place. The tour will still feature Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant.

To everyone who has purchased tickets already. If you would like a refund, you are able to get one by contacting the company you purchased it from. If you would like to hold onto your current ticket, it will be honored at the rescheduled date. We hope many of you will keep your tickets and join us in February/March of 2021.

Please stay tuned for our next announcement which will come very soon”
