Rage Against The Machine Drop Off 2022 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival, Turnstile, Code Orange, Etc. Confirmed For The Event

Rage Against The Machine will no longer be performing at this year’s Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival. Despite this, the event, which is scheduled to take place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, CA on April 15-17 and April 22-24, will still feature several other rock/metal acts including: Turnstile, Code Orange, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, IDLES, The HU, PUP, and Måneskin.

Rage Against The Machine, Bring Me The Horizon, Etc. Set For 2022 Reading & Leeds Festivals

The first set of bands have been revealed for the 2022 Reading and Leeds festivals. Those events will take place in the UK on August 26-28 and they will feature: Rage Against The Machine, Arctic Monkeys, Dave, Bring Me The Horizon, Enter Shikari, Run The Jewels, Halsey, Måneskin, Megan Thee Stallion, Fever 333, and more.

The 2021 “American Music Awards” are set to take place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, CA on November 21. The event will air on ABC and several rock acts have been nominated in the following categories:

Måneskin Release New Version Of “I Wanna Be Your Slave” Featuring Iggy Pop

Måneskin have joined forces with Iggy Pop for a new version of their song “I Wanna Be Your Slave.” You can check that out below. The original version of the track appears on the band’s latest album “Teatro D’ira: Vol I.” The group commented on the new version of the song:

“It was such an honor that Iggy loved our music and wanted to work with us. It was touching seeing him sing ‘I Wanna Be Your Slave’ live in front of us. It was very powerful to see such a big artist being so open and friendly. We all grew up listening to his music and he inspired us to start up a band. It’s still unbelievable for us that we had the chance to get to know him and make music together.”

More bands have been added to the 2022 Rock am Ring and Rock im Park festivals in Germany. Those events will be held on June 3-5 with Rock am Ring set to take place at Nurnburgring in Nurburg and Rock im Park set to take place at Zeppelinfeld in Nuremberg.
