  • Singer Marthe Alexandre Steps Away From Igorrr, Replacement Announced

    Singer Marthe Alexandre has stepped away from Igorrr. Gerda Iguchi will now be taking her place.

    Mastermind Gautier Serre commented:

    “We are glad to announce our upcoming shows for this summer. We would also like to inform you all that our dear Marthe Alexandre will not be joining us for these shows or the ones that follow. Marthe let us know that she needs to focus on personal and professional projects in the coming months, and as Igorrr is keeping everyone quite busy through 2026 & 2027 (more on this soon), we fully support her decision and wish her all the success and happiness she deserves.

    In the meantime, we are thrilled to welcome Gerda Iguchi as our new singer. She has been part of Igorrr’s artistic world for some time now, knows the music inside out, and is an incredible performer. We can’t wait for you to give her the welcome she deserves.”

  • Venom Premiere New Song “Kicked Outta Hell”

    Venom have premiered a new song titled “Kicked Outta Hell.” This track is from the band’s new album, “Into Oblivion,” which will be released on May 1. Vocalist/bassist Conrad “Cronos” Lant commented:

    “This one is me just having fun. I’m putting myself above the Devil in the lyric, which I think is an interesting twist. The Devil’s pissed off with us!”

    Guitarist/vocalist Stuart “Rage” Dixon added:

    “It’s one of the heaviest songs on the album, it’s grinding & straight ahead.”

  • KISS Avatar Show To Launch In Las Vegas, NV In 2028

    During a recent interview with Pollstar, KISS’ Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons further discussed their upcoming avatar show. The spectacle, which was created with Pophouse Entertainment, is currently set to launch in Las Vegas, NV in 2028.

    Simmons said the following when asked which eras of KISS the show will focus on:

    “It’s going to be the iconic face personas, The Demon, the Starchild, and so on. Who you want to place into that lineup is up to you.”

    Stanley also discussed setlists:

    “We will have all the classics through the years and some surprises.”

    Simmons added:

    “You’re gonna get all that stuff, and also new songs.”

    He continued when asked about the new tracks:

    “Exactly what that means, written by us. We have songs done.”

    Pophouse CEO Jessica Koravos also discussed the evolution of the avatars:

    “What the crowd got to see at MSG was an early prototype of the KISS avatar concept. A lot has evolved since then — both in terms of creative concept for the show and avatar technology. We are now deep in development with a top-flight creative team headed by Thierry Coup — the team was on set last week testing out pyro effects against a new generation of LED screens to make sure we max out the KISS signature flame throwing. The show concept is a crazy 4D roller coaster ride through the hits, the comic book worlds and personas of KISS.”

    Fusing Nu Metal, Metalcore, and Rocktronica while still including the classical elements of strings and choirs, this record offers a variety of sounds as you move from song to song, but Lindsay’s voice anchors as the centre piece that keeps the listener’s journey consistent.

    Lyrically the album recounts the tale of waking up from under the spell of cruel manipulation to realizing you must somehow find the strength to escape, and that no one is coming to save you either.     The inductees have officially been revealed for this year’s Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame ceremony. That event will take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, CA on November 14. It will then air on ABC and Disney+ in December. Here’s the inductees:

    Performer Category: Phil Collins, Billy Idol, Iron Maiden, Joy Division/New Order, Oasis, Sade, Luther Vandross, and Wu-Tang Clan.

  • Paul Stanley Says KISS Will Perform At 2026 “KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas” Event

    During a Q&A session at the Indy KISS Fan Expo in Indianapolis, IN, Paul Stanley confirmed that KISS will be taking the stage once again during this year’s “KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas.” Futher details regarding that event will be unveiled this month.

    Stanley said the following:

    “So, the funny thing with the KISS Kruise — a couple of things. When we were first approached with the idea of doing a KISS cruise, when we first heard about it, I went, ‘Who is gonna go on a KISS cruise?’ And we’ve had people from 33 countries around the world for every time we went out. So it was amazing. But the crazy part about it is that over the years everybody started doing cruises, so we can’t get a ship most of the time. So last year we decided, I said, ‘Well, let’s do a ‘KISS Kruise: Landlocked In Vegas’.’ So we did that, and it was really fun. Having the band play was amazing and seeing everybody was great. And that was the first one. We’ll do it again this coming year. We’ll do it in November. And as good as that one was, this one’s gonna be so much better, because we learn as we’re going. And this next KISS Kruise in Vegas is gonna be awesome. I mean, we can’t wait to play, and we can’t wait to have the bands we’re gonna have and be with you again. So, pack your bags.”

The guitarist recently contributed to a song titled “The Grim Reaper,” which has already received a thumbs up from Rainbow guitarist Ritchie Blackmore. He reportedly said the following:

    “The guitar solo on what you sent is very good. I don’t feel I can add anything to change or improve it.”
