    Bleed From Within commented:

“The Dying Sun tour is something we’ve been waiting to announce for a very long time. The plan was to get back to our roots and follow a similar kind of routing that we would have done back in our formative years. Between 2007 and 2010, we performed countless times across the country in these cities and it really helped cement the foundations of our band.

The name of the tour is a nod to one of our favourite tracks from our latest album, but also a teaser of what people can expect to hear at the shows… we consider Dying Sun a deep cut and we’ve already discussed a number of other songs from our catalogue that we would love to bring to the stage that people will not have heard for a VERY long time.

To wrap things up, we are very happy to announce Disembodied Tyrant and Baest as the bands that will be joining us. Both these bands are making a real name for themselves in the world of heavy music and we cannot wait for you to see them. If you don’t know them already, please educate yourself in advance.

This tour is us connecting with the cities and songs that help build us. We hope to see you there!

    Ali, Davie, Goonzi, Kennedy, Steven“

  • Two More Men Arrested In Connection To The Death Of Disgraced Lostprophets Singer Ian Watkins

According to Blabbermouth, two more men have been arrested in connection to the recent death of convicted pedophile Ian Watkins (ex-Lostprophets). The 23 and 39-year-old were taken into police custody after being accused of conspiracy to murder. They will be questioned today before being bailed and returned to prison.

This news comes after 25-year-old Rashid Gedel and 43-year-old Samuel Dodsworth were recently charged with the murder. As previously reported, Watkins died after being stabbed in the neck at HMP Wakefield. The West Yorkshire police arrived at the prison following the incident and found the disgraced singer dead at the scene.

The musician was at the aforementioned prison serving a 29-year sentence with an additional six years on licence for 13 counts of child sex offences.

Inspector James Entwistle of the Homicide And Major Enquiry Team commented on the recent arrests:

“Extensive enquiries remain ongoing in relation to the murder of Ian Watkins and these arrests form part of that. Ian Watkins’s family are being updated as the investigation progresses. However, we do not anticipate any immediate developments at this stage.”

    08. “Pendulum”
    09. “ImpetuoUs
    10. “Seven One”

Notably, the effort features contributions from Greg Edwards (bass), Gunnar Olsen (drums), and Sarah Jones (drums) with guests Tony Levin (bass on “Normal Isn’t” and “Seven One”), Danny Carey (drums on “Seven One”), and Mr. Ian Ross (father of Atticus Ross, who narrates “Seven One”). Pre-orders can be found HERE. Keenan said the following:

“We’re definitely leaning into our early influences. It’s the place where goth meets punk. It’s where I came from.”

    Mitchell continued:

“From the outset, we had discussed an element of rawness and edge, which guitar brings. We got rid of the guard rails and made the music more aggressive.”

    Round also commented:

“Instead of just saying, ‘I want this to sound like Fleetwood Mac on cocaine if they had a baby with PJ Harvey,’ Maynard was showing us his intention, which was really cool. In Puscifer, any idea can totally change without any preciousness, and everybody is on board – not unlike an insane asylum. We found each other because we’re demented in a symbiotic way.”

    Keenan added:

“’Normal Isn’t’ reflects this time we are living in. As storytellers and artists, our job is to observe, interpret, and report. We take in our environment and share what we see, and what we see around us does not appear normal. Not by a long shot.”

  • Roman Candle Premiere New Song “This Band Has Led Me To Places I Wouldn’t Go With A Gun”

Roman Candle have premiered a new song titled “This Band Has Led Me To Places I Wouldn’t Go With A Gun.” You can check that out below. Vocalist Piper Ferrari commented:

“This song came out of everything that happened last year—personally and with the band. We took a step back to write and figured out what Roman Candle really means to us, and in that time I realized how much I just couldn’t let anything go. The lyrics — ‘It’s like walking a tightrope / The world beneath me and that feeling in my stomach’ — pretty much sums up that feeling of trying to hold it together while everything’s spinning ‘This Band Has Led Me to Places I Wouldn’t Go with a Gun‘ is about tension, pride, and refusing to quit even when it feels impossible. We poured everything into this one, and now that it’s out, we’re more excited than ever to get back on stage. Playing these new songs live feels like taking our power back.”
