Igorrr will be reissuing “Nostril” and “Hallelujah” on CD and vinyl on September 25. Digipaks and various colored vinyl pressings can be pre-ordered HERE.
Igorrr have premiered a new video for their song “Downgrade Desert.” This track is from their latest album “Spirituality And Distortion.” Gautier Serre commented:
“After the crazy ‘Opus Brain‘ video in 2017, Fabian Lüscher, his amazing crew and me, decided to do it again, but this time to shoot this magnificent video for the track Downgrade Desert. Intense shooting, crazy pictures, I hope you will enjoy the clip as much as we suffered doing it. Of course, the real star here is the camel.”
Igorrr have premiered a new song titled “Camel Dancefloor.” This track is from the band’s new album “Spirituality And Distortion,” which will be released on March 27.
Gautier Serre commented:
“On an album, there is always a track that you are more addicted to. ‘Camel Dancefloor‘ is this one track that I always come and listen to it by necessity, very regularly.
This acoustic guitar loop you find almost all the way long on this track is something which I got completely obsessed with – I dreamed about it – I was playing it every day. I’m not sure how the brain works, but this melody has something that worked on me.
As a synesthetic person, this sound brings a very beautiful Brown/Châtain/Orange color to my mind, in an unusual clear and strong manner. This has a very strong Arabic vibe in it, it was awesome to be able to underline it even more with Antony Miranda playing this very special guitar, and Timba Harris again to make it sound even more Arabic and specific like it’s coming straight from a camel mind.
To be perfectly honest, I’m sure that if a camel would have a human similar music sensibility and a taste for extreme music, ‘Camel Dancefloor‘ would perfectly be the soundtrack of his mind. At this point, it’s perfectly logical for me that this track has to end with an excessively heavy metal riffing.”
Igorrr have premiered a new video for their new song “Parpaing.“ This track features Cannibal Corpse’s George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher and it will appear on the band’s new album “Spirituality And Distortion” (out March 27).
Iggorrr’s Gautier Serre commented:
“We are so honored to welcome the final boss of death metal: George Fisher, to sing on one of the most brutal Igorrr tracks we have ever made.
I’ve been a huge fan of George since the legendary albums “Gallery of Suicide” and “Bloodthirst” from Cannibal Corpse which had a pretty serious influence on my music.
His participation makes a complete sense to me and to this track: who’s got a better voice than George Fisher’s voice and could fit better on chiptune 8 bit music? Heaviness versus its opposite, I found on this track the perfect match, the perfect balance.”
Igorrr have premiered a new video for their new song “Very Noise.” This track is from the band’s new album “Spirituality And Distortion,” which will be released on March 27.

The record features a number of collaborators including Cannibal Corpse’s George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher, who guests on “Paraping.” Igorrr mastermind Gautier Serre said the following about working with Fisher:
“We had the honor to welcome my personal favorite musical hero on this album: George ‘Corpsegrinder’ Fisher of Cannibal Corpse. He screams on the track ‘Parpaing‘, and his legendary voice brings the heaviness this track deserved. George is like the final boss of death metal.
Like on a video game you have the final boss who is the strongest, George is the best in death metal singing. Due to the extreme heaviness and violence of his voice, I found it very much coherent to contrast it with a cheap tune of 8bit music which is the least heavy music on earth. The contrast is beautiful to my ears.”
Other artists that contributed to the album include: Timba Harris (violins), Mike Leon (bass), Matt Lebofsky (pianos), Mehdi Haddab (oud), Pierre Mussi (accordian), Fotini Kokkala (kanun), and Benjamin Bardiaux (harpsichord).
