During his solo show at First Avenue in Minneapolis, MN tonight (April 21), Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour) paid tribute to Prince with a performance of “Purple Rain.” Prince tragically passed away today, at the age of 57. Slipknot have revealed that this year’s Knotfest Japan will take place on November 5-6, in Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan. The band will headline both nights, and more acts are expected to be announced soon.
