  • The Black Crowes To Release New Album “A Pound Of Feathers” In March

The Black Crowes have revealed that they will be releasing a new album, titled “A Pound Of Feathers,” on March 13. Two tracks from the effort, “Profane Prophecy” and “Pharmacy Chronicles,” can be found below:

“A Pound Of Feathers” Track Listing:

    01. “Profane Prophecy”
    02. “Cruel Streak”
    03. “Pharmacy Chronicles”
    04. “Do The Parasite!”
    05. “High And Lonesome”
    06. “Queen Of The B-Sides”
    07. “It’s Like That”
    08. “Blood Red Regrets”
    09. “You Call This A Good Time”
    10. “Eros Blues”
    11. “Doomsday Doggerel”

    Chris Robinson commented:

“We made this record in eight to ten days. Bringing the high and inspiration from ‘Happiness Bastards’ into this album, it was a natural progression. We experimented more, we wrote on instinct and how we were feeling in the moment. Rich [Robinson] brought a spontaneity to the record that I can’t describe, but it’s the best shit he’s ever done.”

    Rich Robinson added:

“This album feels transformative to us. Going back to our roots, we felt that spark in the studio and how we work together. Lighting a fire that hits harder, more jagged but is still true to our musical essence.”

  • Ashley Walters Seeks To Revive Her Sexual Battery Lawsuit Against Marilyn Manson Once Again

As previously reported, the sexual battery lawsuit filed against Marilyn Manson by his ex-assistant Ashley Walters was recently dismissed for a second time. However, she is now seeking to revive the case once again.

Walters filed the suit after accusing Manson of sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more. Despite this, Los Angeles Judge Steve Cochran ruled that the case was not exempt from the statute of limitations and Walters’ claims of suppressed memories were not enough to revive it.

However, according to Rolling Stone, Walters is attempting to use a California statue called AB 250 to move the case forward. That law allows adult survivors of sexual assault to revive civil suits that were halted by the statute of limitations between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027. Walters says her case fits the criteria because a final judgment is still pending and Manson’s lawyers waited until January 5 to announce their intent to file an order of dismissal.

Manson’s lawyer Howard King said the following:

“Ashley Walters‘ meritless claim has now been dismissed twice. We are confident that her motion to reconsider the most recent dismissal based on a new and inapplicable statute will fail.”

Walters‘ legal representatives at Hadsell Stormer Renick & Dai also issued a response:

“This law did not become effective until Jan. 1, 2026, and could not have been raised prior to its effective date. This is a ridiculous argument, and just another tactic by Mr. Warner to skirt accountability. Ms. Walters has waited far too long to hold her abuser accountable, and outdated statute of limitations arguments will no longer protect him. We are grateful that the judge granted our request today to set a hearing on this issue. We are optimistic that her case will go forward and she will get the justice she rightfully deserves.”

As previously reported, Manson has been facing allegations from multiple women who came forward after being inspired by Evan Rachel Wood, who claimed that he “horrifically abused [her] for years.” Among those who shared their stories were Walters as well as Ashley Morgan Smithline, who accused him of sexual assault before recanting her statements, Esmé Bianco, who settled a lawsuit in which she accused him of abuse and human trafficking, Bianca Allaine Kyne, who filed a lawsuit after claiming he sexually assaulted her when she was a minor, and one unidentified woman, who settled a rape and death threat lawsuit.

For his part, Manson has continued to deny the allegations, while also lamenting the impact they have had on his career. He also filed a lawsuit against Wood for defamation, but has since been ordered to pay her legal fees. Despite all this, the L.A. District Attorney previously confirmed that Manson won’t be facing any criminal charges.

  • Former Falling In Reverse Guitarist Max Georgiev Issues New Statement Regarding Recent Allegations

As previously reported, Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke recently claimed he fired guitarist Max Georgiev back in 2024 after he was accused of having sex with a minor. For his part, Georgiev denied those claims and has continued to do so in a new statement shared on Instagram.

    Georgiev said the following:

“Anyone who believes that I was physically involved with a minor at age 27 while having no concrete evidence of it is delusional.

I met someone who turned eighteen a few months later while I occasionally dated her. This was fifteen years ago, when I was 23 in Quebec, Canada.

Her parents never confronted me because the girl only had a mother. I never lied to her or her daughter about anything.

However, perhaps this is the underlying reason why I was fired:

By April of 2024, it was time for me to leave FIR. I took the initiative to learn nine songs of another band. Swipe for the next video and the date. See playlists on my YouTube channel.”

  • Hoaxed Premiere New Song “The Family”

Hoaxed have premiered a new song titled “The Family.” This track is from the band’s new album, “Death Knocks,” which will be released on February 13. The group commented:

“This song came to life very quickly for us – There’s something about it that feels so familiar. It’s a darkness we’re comfortable with and a theme we wanted to poke at – the loyalty that you’re born into with the expectations and responsibilities you inherit.”

  • Gibson TV Share First Episode Of “Tony Iommi: The Godfather Of Heavy Metal” Series

Gibson TV have shared the first episode of their new Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath) series “Tony Iommi: The Godfather Of Heavy Metal.” You can check that out below. Here’s an official description of the series:

“From the birth of Black Sabbath to the creation of heavy metal itself, the journey all began with Tony Iommi. Parents hated it. Their kids loved it. After the Summer of Love began to fade, an ominous new sound emerged from the smokestacks of Birmingham, England. Tony Iommi was the architect of that sound—the man responsible for the genre-defining riffs of Black Sabbath and a sound that would take over the world. More than just a new style of music, heavy metal became a way of life—connecting millions through a spirit of rebellion, passion, and a relentless sound that refuses to fade.”
