Last night (December 6), Pantera’s new lineup, Phil Anselmo, Rex Brown, Zakk Wylde (Black Label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), and Charlie Benante (Anthrax), took the stage at the Monterrey Metal Fest in Monterrey, Mexico.
