• Mire Premiere “Pale Reflection” Video

Mire, the project featuring former As I Lay Dying guitarist Nick Hipa, have premiered a new video for their new single “Pale Reflection.” You can check that out below. The song serves as the title track of the band’s new album, which will be released on April 10.

    Hipa commented:

“Stoked to finally release some new @thebandmire music! The best time to drop new tunes was actually in 2023 when we had the whole record written, the second best time was in 2024 after we finally found the time to track it. Every day life, responsibilities, and logistics proved to be formidable obstacles for those targets though, so the THIRD best time is right now.

Today we’re releasing the first single “Pale Reflection,” which is the title track off our upcoming album Pale Reflection. It is the first to feature our rad new drummer @johnpaulondrums and was mostly recorded at @atriumaudio in Lititz, PA, by the super talented and very chill duo of @grantrmcfarland and @carsonslovak who also handled mixing and mastering.”

    “Pale Reflection” Track Listing:

    01. “Pale Reflection“
    02. “Cultures Of Violence“
    03. “The Master“
    04. “Where I Belong“
    05. “Great Pain“
    06. “Human Condition“
    07. “Significance Plague“
    08. “Which One Am I“
    09. “Send Us“

  • Waste Premiere “Eyes Up” Video

Waste have premiered a new video for their new song “Eyes Up.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s new EP, “The Weight Of Everything,” which will be released on April 24.

    The group commented:

“During the inception of this EP, the band was dealing with a number of uncertainties. Before we dove deep into the writing process we came together to really figure out what we wanted WASTE to be. The year prior and even the few months leading up recording – we struggled to fully realize our next steps and direction.

This EP is the result of us figuring out exactly where we wanted to go and what we wanted to be. This EP marked the first time the current lineup was able to write together from scratch. It also really showcases who Jeremy is as a vocalist and lyricist. It gave him free reign to use his abilities to the fullest. When we first got the final masters back all of us were absolutely blown away. Not just because of the production quality, but because we truly felt we had achieved what we had been attempting to do for years. However, we have to hype up Jonathan because he really knocked these mixes out of the park.

The first single is ‘Eyes Up.’ The song itself ties into the video in the sense that both are pretty simple and straight to the point. The video shows us in a jam space type session simply performing the song. Throughout the video it shows small clips of us rebuilding, organizing and setting up our rehearsal space. This is sort of metaphorical for what the year leading up to that point has been for us. A sort of rebuilding of Waste, and what we are.

The lyrical content is really just a culmination of stories that touch on day to day life. The struggles we go through. While the previous releases tended to take a more metaphorical approach – these songs and their lyrics are more raw, straight forward and real. Addressing real life issues that we are experiencing right now.

While it’s clear that we follow in the footsteps of certain bands, we generally like to stay away from comparing ourselves to specific names in the genre. Things we wanted to convey in our music that we were inspired by are things like the delivery of raw emotions. Anger, high energy, etc. If we had to pick bands that inspired this record we’d name bands like Villains, Start/End era Sworn In, Distinguisher, etc.

We have had one hell of a year leading up to this release. We wanted to highlight the amount of work that the entire band put in. Therefore, we self-produced all of the music videos, self designed the entire merch collection and put together some of the highest quality content we’ve ever done to support a release.

It’s safe to say that we have never worked this hard to fully construct the vision we’ve had for a release. We want to extend a massive thank you to all of our supporters. As cliche as it is to say, we could not have made this happen without your constant encouragement and unyielding support. Much love to all of you.”

  • Amerakin Overdose Premiere “Time Bomb” Music Video

Amerakin Overdose have released a new song titled “Time Bomb.” You can find a video for that track below. The single, which was produced by Jonny Santos (Spineshank) and Nikolas Roy Quemtri, features guest vocals from Tauren Blackman.

    Vocalist Cody Perez commented:

“‘Time Bomb‘ is a raw exploration of the internal war we fight when pressure, trauma, and expectation collide. The song lives inside the mind of someone running on an invisible clock, holding everything together while feeling dangerously close to unraveling. Thoughts go unspoken, emotions stay buried, and the past becomes the only thing others seem to recognize, even as the real self remains unseen beneath the surface.

As the verses unfold, opposing forces clash: angel and devil, saint and sinner, love and hate. These contradictions represent the constant voices in the head—judgment, temptation, righteousness, and rage—each pulling for control. Every setback, every unaddressed wound, adds weight, tightening the fuse and feeding the growing urge to finally snap.

‘Time Bomb‘ captures that moment of restraint right before release—the choice between control and chaos, silence and eruption. Whether it’s about mental health, identity, societal pressure, or personal demons, the song leaves space for interpretation, asking one central question: How long can someone keep holding on before they explode?”
