  • Kid Rock Denies Lip Syncing At “The All-American Halftime Show”: “It Was Out Of Sync”

As previously reported, fans recently accused Kid Rock of lip syncing during Turning Point USA’s “All-American American Halftime Show.” However, he has since denied the allegations, claiming it looked off because the performance “was out of sync.”

Rock said the following during a recent appearance on The Ingraham Angle:

“It was out of sync. And actually, just to have some fun with the haters — I can’t answer all the trolls, but it’s gonna be some fun. My DJ, who actually raps that song with me, he was not lit up. He’s coming to Nashville tonight, flying in, and we’re gonna do that live in my living room and I’m gonna post it tomorrow to show people exactly how this works. Because #1: if it would have been a lip syncing like people are trying… you know, the left is trying to throw me under the bus again, the mainstream media and social media tries to amplify it.

It would have been super easy to sync it up, if it was pre-recorded. It was very difficult for the Turning Point production crew — who by the way I can’t say enough good things about — but was very difficult for them. I’m jumping around the stage like a rabid monkey, rapping my song, and I’m taking breaths, and my DJ is filling in the other parts of it — I even told them when I saw the rough cut, I was like, ‘You guys got to work on that sync. It’s off.’ So it was just a syncing issue that they had, and I know they tried to get it right. It was very difficult.

But I’ll answer all the haters tomorrow and we’ll put ’em back in the shut up and go back to trying to report the fake news.”

Notably, the lip syncing accusation wasn’t the only controversy. Turning Point USA, who put the show together for the MAGA crowd protesting Bad Bunny and Green Day’s Super Bowl performances, claimed it was an “American faith, family and freedom” event. However, many found that label to be hypocritical due to Rock’s past lyrics about underage girls.

  • Death Ray Vision Condemn Guitarist Christopher Rosati’s Alleged Ties To Patriot Front

Death Ray Vision guitarist Christopher Rosati has been accused of having ties to the white nationalist and neo-fascist group Patriot Front. Vocalist Keith Bennett has since responded to the allegations, saying the band “had no idea about any of this.”

    Bennett said the following:

“Hey, what’s up? My name is Keith. I’m a singer for Death Ray Vision, and I’m making this to address the situation that evolved over the last couple of days with our guitar players involvement with the Patriot Front. First of all, fuck the Patriot Front. Fuck fascism, fuck Nazis, fuck racism, fuck the Patriot Front.

We had no idea about any of this. We did not cosign, we did not condone, we did not enable, and we weren’t hiding anything within our ranks because we didn’t fucking know. It sucks. It came out of fucking nowhere.

But for anybody who gives a fuck, because obviously we’re not Metallica, but We’re all human beings who have to get painted by the same brush. So for anybody who’s listening, anybody who gives a fuck, I know that the band is making their own statement today, but I can speak for everybody. We’re not about that bullshit. No fucking way.

For accountability, I had a past that was part of that world, and I left that far fucking behind. I can speak with confidence saying that that is not who I am today. It’s not who I’ve been for a long fucking time, and I still regret that bullshit.

I hope everybody has a good day. Fuck the Patriot front. Stay free. Bye.”

    The band added:

“Keith said it best in this video. In solidarity, we are reposting his eloquent words. For anyone who is still uncertain about how we feel: DRV does not support Fascism, Racism, or ANY Nazi ideology. These abhorrent views do not have anything to do with who we are and what we believe in. Fuck The Patriot Front”

  • Former Manowar Guitarist Ross The Boss Diagnosed With ALS

Ex-Manowar guitarist Ross “The Boss” Friedman has revealed that he has been diagnosed with ALS. This news comes after he faced “several months of seemingly unrelated symptoms.”

    The following statement was issued:

“Ross ‘The Boss’ Friedman, founding member of punk rock legends The Dictators and heavy metal stalwarts Manowar, has been diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. The diagnosis followed several months of seemingly unrelated symptoms that included weakness in his hands and legs. A series of very minor strokes was initially thought to have been the cause, but changes in diet, exercise and added physical therapy did nothing to slow the progression or increase his strength.”

    Friedman added:

“It’s difficult to know what lies ahead, and it crushes me not to be able to play guitar, but the outpouring of love has been so, so strong. I’m absolutely blown away by the love and support from family, friends and fans. I love you all.”

  • Nothing More Fire Road Crew Member Following Disturbing Allegations

A woman named Morgan Dunbar has made some disturbing allegations against one of Nothing More’s crew members. She came forward afer being left incapacitated on a bathroom floor following a night of drinking during a February 3 show at The Criterion Theater in Oklahoma City, OK. She also confirmed “sexual contact occurred,” but she “could not accuse someone of sexual assault without definitive proof.” Notably, the crew member has since been fired.

    Dunbar initially said the following:

“On February 4, 2026, I attended a concert for a band called Nothing More. Prior to the show, I reached out to a crew member for the band (Nothing More) to let him know I would be attending and to ask if he would like to meet up and say hello in person. We had been on social media for some time and shared mutual connections within the music industry, so I believed it would be a good opportunity to network. He responded, and we communicated back and forth, agreeing to meet once I arrived at a show.

I attended the concert that evening with my sister. During the opening bands, we each ordered one mixed drink per band.

We met up with Zack and spoke briefly in person. The interaction felt normal. He returned to his work and told me he would message me later to come watch the headlining band with him at the front of the house.

While waiting, we continued messaging and joked about lyrics from the opening bands, including joking about drinking games tied to certain derogatory words used in the songs. Zack asked what I was drinking and how many drinks I had consumed. I told him I was drinking vodka and that I was on my second drink at that point. He told me that vodka was not available but that he might have tequila that he could bring to me when we watched the show together at the front of house.

When it was time to meet him at the front of house, he had a red solo cup containing tequila. There was not much in the cup, possibly a couple of shots. I sipped from it during the headlining performance, and he took a few sips as well.

I joked with him about having him drink from the cup first to ensure it was not tampered with. He stated that he would drink from it if I wanted reassurance, and he appeared to take a drink. I am not entirely certain if he actually did. At the time, I did not question it further, as I did not feel that the situation was heading in a concerning direction.

I was intentionally watching my alcohol intake. I work and network within the industry and also with people who were part of that venue’s staff, including one of the venue leads present that evening. I take my professional reputation seriously and did not want to jeopardize it by becoming overly intoxicated or behaving unprofessionally.

After the show ended, Zack asked if I would like to stay and hang out until bus call. Up to that point, everything had gone well, so I agreed. My sister was my ride, and arrangements were discussed for getting me home while I went to speak with a friend and boss (from another venue).

Afterward, I assisted Zack by helping push several road cases to the loading dock. Once his equipment was loaded onto the trailer, we walked toward the green room. As we approached, I observed crew members and artists standing in a circle, loudly chanting, ‘slut, slut, slut.’ This made me uncomfortable, and when I asked about it, I was told it was a nightly ranking or hazing ritual in which someone earned the title based on interactions with women, such as talking to or exchanging numbers with someone. It was presented to me as something meant to be harmless.

Zack poured additional tequila from a refrigerator into a red solo cup, from which multiple people including myself drank over the remainder of the time. I continued to sip and did not drink quickly. From what I can recall, my interactions with artists and crew members remained normal. Some of us discussed adding each other on social media and staying in contact.

After this point, my memory becomes unclear.

    1. I know that I ended up in a green room bathroom with Zack.
    2. I know that sexual contact occurred.
    3. I do not know my physical or mental state at the time those actions began, nor do I know whether he was unaware of my condition at the onset of those actions.
    4. I know that my toxicology report did not show the presence of any substances (the appropriate people have copies of my medical reports).
    5. Over the course of the night, I consumed five drinks total: three vodka mixed drinks during the opening bands, tequila sipped from the first red solo cup during the headliner, and additional tequila from a final red solo cup later in the evening.
    6. I did not experience typical symptoms of alcohol toxicity or poisoning (no vomiting, no feelings of the progression of drunkenness, no slurring of speech or walking impairment before incapacitation).
    7. At this time, I cannot accuse anyone of the intent to commit sexual assault without definitive proof.
    8. I am unable to afford independent testing for Rohypnol or similar date-rape drugs, as local hospitals do not routinely screen for them and insurance does not cover such testing.
    9. I do know that when my pants were pulled up afterward, my underwear was not pulled up.
    10. I have retained and sealed the clothing for potential DNA evidence if needed in the future.
    11. I am unable to obtain a SANE examination without filing a police report.
    12. At this time, I am not comfortable filing criminal charges against someone when I am not certain of intent, despite finding the conduct that occurred after to be dehumanizing.
    13. I did become incapacitated. At some point, I could not see or move my body. Large portions of time are nonexistent, and I do not know how aware or conscious I was during that period.
    14. I do remember Zack panicking once he realized something was wrong. I have vague recollections of him being on the phone with my sister.
    15. I later learned that I was left alone on the bathroom floor.
    16. I also learned that Zack and other members of his team stood outside the venue while I remained on the floor, with my condition unknown.
    17. I later learned that a venue staff member noticed the bus was still present after curfew and returned to investigate.
    18. That staff member found me on the bathroom floor and took steps to ensure my safety.
    19. I later learned that, prior to the staff member’s arrival, the discussed plan was to leave a back door propped open for my sister to retrieve me, despite her being unaware of my actual condition.
    20. I later learned that it took three adult men to carry me out of the venue and place me into my sister’s car due to my complete loss of mobility. Deadweight.
    21. I know that while I lay on the bathroom floor, I fought to remain alert and to communicate as best I could when people were there.
    22. There were moments when I had to consciously focus on breathing so that I could stay alive, telling myself to take deep breaths.
    23. I still do not have answers to what caused my level of incapacitation. I have follow-up appointments to try and find answers.
    24. Someone on that team made the decision to leave me alone on that floor. Not just Zack.
    25. No one from that team acted as though I might have been experiencing a serious medical emergency.
    26. Had I died during the nearly hour I remained there before being discovered by staff and placed in my sister’s care, those responsible could have been held negligent for my death.
    27. But I did not die, and accountability is still warranted for how I was left.
    28. I have been informed that video footage shows several individuals from that team standing casually outside while I lay on the floor in distress.
    29. My concern is whether this has occurred before.
    30. If there is a pattern of such behavior, I am concerned about how many others may be affected or have already experienced the same with this crew.
    31. I was not attending the concert to party or pursue casual sexual encounters.
    32. I am attempting to reconstruct the events in a manner that is accurate, truthful, and fair.
    33. I attempted multiple times to contact Zack afterward in hopes of understanding what occurred, only to discover he had blocked me that same evening.
    34. Good people do not leave a woman experiencing a medical crisis alone on a bathroom floor.
    35. Whoever made the decision to not re-enter the bathroom, and whoever knew of my condition and failed to act, should be held accountable.
    36. It is unacceptable to leave someone in that condition, depart for the next city, and pretend that person was not left in a potentially fatal situation.

    I am a human being.

I deserved better than to be discarded like that.”

    She later added:

“Just a few quick things before I take a social media break for a little bit –

I did state in my previous post that I could not accuse someone of sexual assault without definitive proof, even if how I was left afterwards was terrible.

    I still stand by that.

I have spoken with Zach to allow him the opportunity to fill in blanks that only he could. He was apologetic about the whole situation and how it was handled. I encouraged him to release his own statement, because he does have the right to share his own perspective of the accounts. I did let him know that while there are no charges filed, there is an active report and he will be contacted about it to give those details. I let him know that as of right now i am just waiting for results and investigation to run its course before i decide what to do next.

It was not a bad conversation and we were both able to communicate about how all of this has impacted our lives.

However, I did complete a full SANE examination and submitted more specimen to be further tested for the drugs the initial ER visit did not test for (typical “date rape” drugs).

I still don’t have full answers of what happened to me that night and as of now this is an ongoing investigation, so I will not be making any more public statements about it .

All I wanted was some answers and accountability, because as I’ve said before… I’m a human being.

It shouldn’t have taken all of this to get to that point.

I hope that any woman who has had the same or similar experiences will speak up and do the same.

    You deserve it.

As for now, I’ll let the evidence and whatever comes out of the investigation speak for itself.

I have no comment for the band/management other than you were aware of this situation and you handled it poorly.

Also, Instead of waiting for things to be properly investigated and cleared you fired your crew to save face.

It makes me genuinely sad that I’ve been trying to give him more of the benefit of a doubt than the people he’s lived and toured with. I’m seeking definitive proof, you’ve already made a judgement.

Which might speak volumes about his character, or about your own.

    Or both.”

Nothing More have since responded as well:

“Yesterday we were made aware of accusations about one of our crew members. While we weren’t present at the incident in question, having a safe work environment is something we take very seriously. The crew member has been fired and we will cooperate fully with any investigation.”
