  • Of Virtue Premiere New Song “The Art Of Love”

Of Virtue have premiered a new song titled “The Art Of Love.” Guitarist/vocalist Damon Tate commented:

“Sometimes you have songs that embody more of the existential problems we have in the world and other times, you just need that blunt force reminder that we all go through a lot of the same things. Toxicity in relationships will exist until the end of time – scorned lovers that are navigating their own character growth while refusing to let go or move on from abusive situations. Love is one of the most powerful and complex emotions we can experience in our lives. The right person makes you levitate above the clouds and can also make you feel like you’re living in a nightmare every day. This song brings our self worth, value and how we accept/show that love to ourselves and others into question.”

  • Billy Morrison Teams Up With Godsmack’s Sully Erna And Extreme’s Nuno Bettencourt For New Song “Becoming”

Billy Morrison (Billy Idol, etc.) has recruited Sully Erna (Godsmack) and Nuno Bettencourt (Extreme) for a new song titled “Becoming.” You can check that out below. The track is from Morrison’s new album, “Hollow,” which is expected to be released in August.

    Morrison commented:

“‘Becoming‘ is about “transforming out of the darkness and negativity of certain lifestyle choices and becoming a strong, positive and powerful force. For an in-depth description, you would have to ask Sully about the lyrics that he wrote.

When the music to ‘Becoming’ was finally finished, in my mind there was only one person I could imagine singing it, and that was Sully Erna. His work with Godsmack over the decades has just proven his voice to be one of the most powerful in rock music. Plus he’s a great guy to hang with. So fortunately for me, not only was his response ‘Absolutely I’ll sing it.’ We got to record it in Los Angeles together while he was here.

It was a killer vibe, and when we were all at the Above Ground show late last year here in LA, it seemed only fitting for me to ask Nuno to play lead (keeping it Boston on this track!). And again, he graciously agreed, and absolutely killed it. It’s been a pleasure to work with both Sully and Nuno on this song — it’s the perfect collaboration to launch this new album of mine!”

    Erna continued:

“I really enjoyed working with Billy and Nuno on this track. It’s always a bit challenging when you have three creative people that work at such high levels of production to get to the finish line, but in the end the product always speaks for itself. And this song is strong! It’s a perfect example of not settling for anything less.”

    Bettencourt added:

“When you’re asked to collaborate on a song with incredible artists like Sully Erna and Billy Morrison, you’d have to say ‘yes’ before even hearing the song. But man, when you DO hear the song and it’s as badass as this…you forget who’s on it and just do it for the love of it.”

  • Kill The Lights Premiere “Iron Bite” Music Video

Kill The Lights (ex-Bullet For My Valentine, etc.) have premiered a new video for their new song “Iron Bite.” The band shared more information on the single:

“After two years of silence, Kill the Lights return with ‘Iron Bite,‘ hitting like a hammer to the chest. Driven by darker tones and crushing riffs, the band’s evolution is undeniable—heavier where it hurts and catchier where it counts. There’s no buildup, just immediate impact: raw aggression fused with razor-sharp melody. Produced by Chris Clancy and mixed by Adam ‘Nolly’ Getgood, the track lands with precision and power. And this is only the beginning—’Iron Bite‘ marks the dawn of a new era, the first in a wave of hard-hitting, unforgettable tracks set to follow.”
