Cattle Decapitation commented:

“We are ecstatic to be able to finally announce a US tour after 2 years of inactivity in the United States due to the pandemic! Our latest album and what we consider to be the bands’ finest hour in our entire 25 year history, ‘Death Atlas‘, will finally get its due in the states. Before things shut down, we had nailed down what we felt was our best live set we had ever done and had played it in Australia, New Zealand and Japan but were cut off before we could bring it to the states after you all had fully digested it. Well, we’re happy to say we’ll be taking some time out of our busy writing schedule to do this album some justice LIVE starting this January, 2022. We’ll be bringing along some bands whose names fit nicely in the aesthetic of ‘Death Atlas‘ including The Last Ten Seconds of Life, Creeping Death and Extinction A.D! We ALL deserve everything that’s coming! DEATH… AT LAST!”

Creeping Death Premiere New Song “Humanity Transcends”

Creeping Death have premiered a new song titled “Humanity Transcends.” This track is from the band’s new EP “The Edge Of Existence,” which will be released on October 8. Resse Alavi commented:

“‘Humanity Transcends‘ continues the narrative arc of the EP and finds the main character at a turning point in the story. The massive intro paired with blistering fast-paced riffs puts the character in a unique situation to rise above their apocalyptic surroundings, but not without a hitch.”

Creeping Death To Release New EP “The Edge Of Existence” In October, Premiere Video For The Title Track

Creeping Death will be releasing a new EP titled “The Edge Of Existence” on October 8. The cover art and track listing for that effort can be found below:

“The Edge Of Existence” Track Listing:

01. “The Edge Of Existence”
02. “Relics From The Past”
03. “Humanity Transcends”
04. “Doused In Flames”
05. “Sacrament Of Death”
06. “Skinned Alive”

Trey Pemberton said the following about the EP:

“We’re aren’t trying to be the most innovative death metal band. We just want to be heavy and fun. You’ll hear a natural progression from ‘Wretched Illusions‘ to ‘The Edge Of Existence‘. And the next LP will be different, as well. Each release will be at least a little bit different from each other, but they will all still sound like Creeping Death. That’s who we are.”

You can find a music video for the effort’s title track below. Pemberton said the following about that:

“‘The Edge Of Existence‘ was the first of several new songs we’ve written since the onset of the pandemic. It begs that all too familiar question, ‘can people band together for a greater cause? Or will we continue to make the same mistakes until the end of civilization?’”
