Spirit Adrift Appear To Have Finished Tracking New Music

It looks like Spirit Adrift have finished tracking some new music at Homewrecker Recording Studio in Tucson, AZ. The band have been documenting the recording process on Instagram and have confirmed that vocals, guitars, drums, bass, and keys are all complete.

Crosses (†††) Are In The Studio

Crosses (†††), the project featuring Chino Moreno (Deftones), Shaun Lopez (Far), and Chuck Doom, appear to have reentered the studio to work on new material. The band recently shared a photo from the sessions on Twitter. This news comes after the group released a cover of Cause & Effect‘s “The Beginning Of The End“ in December 2020.

Smashing Pumpkins have officially started the recording process for their conceptual follow-up to “Melon Collie And The Infinite Sadness” and “Machina/The Machines Of God.“ As Billy Corgan previously said, the effort will be a 33-track rock opera. The group commented:

“Starting new SP album today, the 33 song sequel to MCIS and Machina. Songs are written, lyrics too…so now it’s just record-record-record.”
