Misery Index are planning to release a new album in 2027. The band commented:
“STUDIO UPDATE!!! Our 8th album is incoming for 2027 via @seasonofmistofficial records! @jason_index is currently tracking vocals @soundwellstudio this week while @mckloeppenstein is hammering riffs and @darinindex is dropping leads in their home studios. @ajarvis007 handled his beats previously with @developing_nations We have at least 12 songs, let’s see which ones make the cut.
