Atreyu have premiered a new video for their song “Warrior.” This track features Blink-182’s Travis Barker and it will appear on the band’s new album “Baptize,” which is set to be released on June 4. The group commented:
“Sometimes life punches you in the face. The fist hurts — and the floor hurts worse. But getting back up feels incredible. ‘Warrior‘ is a song about the war within. There is a daily battle inside all of us, as well as the knowledge that we each have the power to not only get back up, but also have the fire we need to thrive and burn brighter than ever.”
Atreyu have announced that their new album “Baptize” will be released on June 4. With this news, the band have also premiered two new songs, “Warrior” (feat. Blink-182’s Travis Barker) and “Underrated.”
The group said the following about “Warrior”:
“‘Warrior’ is song about persistence and never giving up. We hope this song can be the puzzle piece that helps people realize that we ALL have the capacity for greatness. Sometimes, greatness can exist in the shadows and lives buried under negativity, trauma, or anxiety. ‘Warrior’ is about searching through all of that endless darkness to finally find the sunrise.
When we wrote ‘Warrior,’ the idea to do a big marching drum break came about. We wanted it to feel like a hometown football game. Travis Barker was the perfect person to bring this to life. It’s cool to have him be a part of the song and to perform in a different light than what people may be used to.”
They also added the following about “Underrated”:
“We’ve always had to prove ourselves. We’ve never been handed anything nor have we taken any shortcuts. It’s never been ‘the easy way.’ Over two decades later, we’re still making our mark.”
Stitched Up Heart have premiered a new video for their song “Warrior.” This track is from the band’s new album “Darkness,” which will be released on March 13. Alecia “Mixi” Demner commented:
“I’m really excited about this video because I was able to come up with almost the entire creative vision for it. From wardrobe, makeup, to cinematography. We wanted to go for a visual aesthetic similar to the movie 300. The director, Ron Underwood, went above and beyond taking every idea I had and making it more than I ever dreamed it to be! I’m very happy with the end result.”
Stitched Up Heart have shared a teaser for their “Warrior” music video. The full clip will debut on January 10. The track will appear on the band’s new album “Darkness,” which is set to be released on March 13.
