Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister passed away on December 28, 2015, shortly after getting diagnosed with cancer. Now, TMZ has posted Kilmister’s death certificate, which said he died from prostate cancer, cardiac arrhythmia, and congestive heart failure. R.I.P.
