• Astronoid Premiere “Depressed Mode” Video

Astronoid have premiered a new video for their new song “Depressed Mode.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s newly released album “Stargod.”

    Brett Boland commented:

“‘Depressed Mode” almost didn’t make the record. We were trying to complete the record but there wasn’t enough time to finish the lyrics, form, and rehearse the track so it was put on the backburner. We all loved where it was going but there just wasn’t enough time. There was a point in the process though where we had to completely halt the recording of ‘Stargod‘ due to family matters.

When we got back to it, we decided that the best thing to do was re-track all of the drums for the record. The original drums were recorded in my basement and it was holding back the entire mix. So, with this new date to record in the books I was able to finish ‘Depressed Mode’ and we rehearsed it in time for the recording session. It ended up being one of the most unique tracks on the record and really solidified ‘Stargod‘ as a whole.”

  • Alexisonfire Share Video For Cover Of Doughboys’ “Neighbourhood Villain”

Alexisonfire have shared a new video for their cover of Doughboys’ “Neighbourhood Villain.” You can check that out below. The track is from the band’s newly released covers EP “Copies Of Old Masters Volume 1.”

    Alexisonfire’s George Pettit commented:

“‘Neighbourhood Villain‘ has a real coming-of-age, mischief vibe that transports me right back to a time when teenagers in small towns used to shoot out street lights with BB guns from their Haro Sport BMX bikes — back pegs only so you can double your buddy to the Beckers to shoplift some Bonkers.”

    Doughboys’ John Kashner added:

“I thought the Alexisonfire version of ‘Neighbourhood Villain’ was kind of true to the original. Actually, I thought it was better than the original, quite honestly. To hear such an awesome Toronto band do our song, we’re just grateful and humbled…the fact that a band like that is doing a song I wrote is really flattering.”

  • Sadus Premiere “Pain” Video

Sadus have premiered a new video for their song “Pain.” You can check that out below. The track is taken from the band’s latest album “The Shadow Inside.”

    Vocalist/guitarist Darren Travis commented:

“Pain is validation. Pain is the ultimate proof of existence. It’s not just a symptom — it’s a signal that we’re alive, feeling and fighting. In a world that often numbs or denies emotion, pain becomes the most honest expression. Our inner demons evoke a sense of willingly confronting torment. This isn’t passive suffering — it’s active engagement with darkness. The fire symbolizes both destruction and purification. Defiance against anguish.

Despite the overwhelming presence of suffering, I refuse to be ruled by it. Pain is acknowledged, but not allowed to dominate. Pain… though sharp and dangerous, can be a source of creativity. Artists, thinkers, and survivors often channel their suffering into something transformative.

‘Pain’ isn’t just about hurting — it’s about what hurting reveals, what it demands, and what it can become.”

  • Nickelback Guest On New Version Of Shenandoah’s “The Church On Cumberland Road”

Nickelback are featured on a new version of Shenandoah’s “The Church On Cumberland Road.” You can find an animated music video for that track below:

    Shenandoah’s Marty Raybon commented:

“First, let me say that it’s always a great opportunity to befriend those in the music industry, regardless of the genre. Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger and I had the chance to talk about their music and ours and the parallels of some of the tunes that could be swapped out on the setlists. The idea came up, and after a few text messages, we were off and running with what is one of the coolest things we’ve ever done. Shenandoah and Nickelback. Who would have thunk it.”

    Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger added:

“We’ve always had a deep respect for the artists who came before us, and Shenandoah is one of those bands that helped define an era. Getting the chance to collaborate with them on ‘The Church On Cumberland Road’ was an absolute blast. It’s a song that feels as vibrant today as it did when it first came out.”

Specifically, the days gone of the ‘classic’ CBGB Sunday lineups, where we made lifelong bonds with show attendees and all the visiting hardcore/punk bands! Basically, true social media at its finest!”

  • Malefic Throne Premiere New Song “The Voice Of My Ghost”

  • Bodysnatcher Premiere “Blade Between The Teeth” Music Video

Bodysnatcher have premiered a new video for their new song “Blade Between The Teeth.” You can check that out below. The band commented:

“‘Blade Between The Teeth’ is lyrically and unapologetically Bodysnatcher. The band has always explored themes of betrayal, loss, and social issues, but this song is more of a ‘fuck you.’ A fuck you to the people who have no idea what real struggle is, but are the first and loudest to complain. It’s a frustration so many people deal with. We wanted to let some steam out and hopefully ease some frustration for a few others along the way. Growing up with little to no money in a city full of people born into riches makes you bitter when you’re young. But looking back, we wouldn’t want it any other way, because it has taught us to appreciate life more.”
