Bodysnatcher Premiere “King Of The Rats” Video

Bodysnatcher have premiered a new video for their new song “King Of The Rats.” Kyle Medina commented:

“I wrote this song mainly about how people act high and mighty, talk a ton of negativity and trash, but are essentially not as holier than thou as they present themselves. Not only that but these people tend to associate themselves with others who are similar in this aspect. Hence the name ‘King Of The Rats.’ Not necessarily about someone directly, but more so if the shoe fits, wear it.”

Bodysnatcher Cover Hatebreed’s “Smash Your Enemies”

Bodysnatcher have released a cover of Hatebreed‘s “Smash Your Enemies.“ The track is available on 7 inch vinyl, along with the band’s song “Break The Cycle.“ Drummer Chris Whited commented:

“‘Under The Knife‘ by Hatebreed was an EP that changed my taste in music growing up. Hatebreed paved the way for heavy underground music. Without them, bands like Bodysnatcher wouldn’t exist. We just wanted to pay respects to a band that we feel deserves it. We recorded a cover of ‘Smash Your Enemies‘ back in October 2020 so we’re super pumped for people to finally hear it.”

Bodysnatcher Premiere “Take Me To Hell” Video

Bodysnatcher have premiered a new video for their new single “Take Me To Hell.” Guitarist Kyle Carter commented:

“‘Take Me To Hell‘ comes from a very dark mindset that I feel a lot of people experience at one point or another. Whether those thoughts last, varies person to person. For me, those feelings are brief, but I felt it was necessary to write them down and share them.”

Bodysnatcher Premiere “Break The Cycle” Video

Bodysnatcher have premiered a new video for their new single “Break The Cycle.“ The band commented:

“We are extremely excited to announce our signing to eOne with our new single ‘Break The Cycle.’ The song is about the realization of letting the wrong people into your life, and taking the steps to get out of that pattern. Keep your eyes open. Lots of things to come in 2021.”

Bodysnatcher Premiere “Twelve/Seventeen” Music Video

Bodysnatcher have premiered a new video for their new song “Twelve/Seventeen.” This track is from the group’s new album “This Heavy Void,” which will be released on January 31.

Kyle Carter commented:

“‘Twelve/seventeen‘ is a very important song to me because it actually helped me let out emotions I had been holding in for so long. The song is about my mom losing her battle with breast cancer when I was only twelve years old. It’s called ‘twelve/seventeen‘ not because that’s the day she passed, but because that was her birthday.

We included the Christmas tree in the video because it was her tradition to have friends over and decorate it for her birthday every year. The clips in the video are also all real home movie clips, and that was very important to me that we included those. I hope this song hits for you and helps you feel something.“
