According to Blabbermouth, I Am Morbid (ex-Morbid Angel, etc.) have parted ways with guitarist Kelly McLauchlin (ex-Possessed). Richie Brown (Exmortus) has since taken his place. You can see fan-filmed footage of the band performing with Brown below:
I Am Morbid, the band featuring vocalist/bassist David Vincent (ex-Morbid Angel) and guitarists Bill Hudson (NorthTale, Doro) and Kelly McLauchlin (Pessimist), have recruited ex-Morbid Angel drummer Pete Sandoval for their European/UK tour with Belphegor and Hate. As previously reported, that trek will find the group celebrating the 30th anniversary of Morbid Angel‘s “Blessed Are The Sick.“

I Am Morbid (ex-Morbid Angel, etc.) will be hitting the road on the “Morbidfest” European tour with Atrocity, Vital Remains, and Sadist. Each band will be playing special sets on this run. I Am Morbid will perform material from Morbid Angel’s “Altars Of Madness,” “Blessed Are The Sick,” “Covenant,” and “Domination.” Atrocity will perform their “Okkult” albums and other classics. Vital Remains will perform a 30th anniversary set and Sadist will perform their latest album “Spellbound” and other tracks.

Ex-Morbid Angel members David Vincent and Tim Yeung have reunited in a new band called I Am Morbid. The group, which also features Bill Hudson (Circle II Circle, etc.) and Ira Black (Metal Church, Lizzy Borden), plan to perform material from Morbid Angel’s early albums “Altars Of Madness,” “Blessed Are The Sick,” “Covenant,” and “Domination.” So far, the band are booked to play two dates in Barzil, including a March 24 show in Belo Horizonte and a March 25 show in São Paulo.
