Shortie have revealed that they are planning to reunite. The group are currently putting together a live show and new CD reissues.
The band commented:

Elder have revealed the details for their new album “Through Zero.” The effort will be released on May 29 and its cover art and track listing can be found below:
“‘Through Zero‘ is a term borrowed from engineering and the world of music. It describes the property of a frequency being able to pass through the zero point and continue into the negative. While it isn’t a concept rooted in philosophy, it resonates with me on a conceptual level: the zero point is not an end, but a midpoint along a partially unseen path. Interpretation is open: the journey is the destination, beginnings and endings may be arbitrary, or perhaps reality is simply less linear than we tend to assume.
The songs on the album explore related themes that reflect my own observations and personal philosophy. Life and death, frustration and fear, helplessness and hope — all of these exist along the same ‘signal path’.”
Erik Grönwall (ex-Skid Row, ex-H.E.A.T, etc.) has shared an official video for the title track of his new album “Bad Bones.” That effort will be released on May 22. The singer commented:

My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way is featured on the title track of Frozen Soul’s new album “No Place Of Warmth.” You can find a video for that song below. The album will be released on May 8.
Vocalist Chad Green commented on the single:
“[It’s] about life at its coldest and the choice you have to let it consume you, or to use it to find warmth in a world that feels void of it. Life is always coming at you, and death doesn’t stop—you might slow it down, but it’s always coming—so you have to make the best out of it and march on.”
He also explained how Way got involved:
“We met Gerard a couple of years ago and have become friends. I knew he had a love for metal, so I spun the idea to him about singing in a Frozen Soul song and he was stoked! Gerard is an amazing artist and musician whose creative vision has shaped generations and more to come.”
He discussed the video as well:
“The lead character attempts to keep her dagger with rosary beads away from Death, as a stand to say we won’t be afraid of what’s coming and we will live happy with the memories and experiences of our time here.”
Green also added the following about the album:
