Frozen Soul Share Music Video For New Song “Arsenal Of War” Featuring Creeping Death’s Reese Alavi

Frozen Soul have premiered a new video for their new song “Arsenal Of War.” The track, which features Creeping Death vocalist Reese Alavi, will appear on the band’s new album “Glacial Domination,” which is set to be released on May 19. Frozen Soul vocalist Chad Green commented:

“This song is special to me as it’s about my late brother. We used to play Everquest and when I stopped, I gave him my character named ‘Swiftarroww.’ He played Swift for 20 years until he passed. The song reflects on his life, referencing the game and how he never let darkness change who he was. He shone bright and made everyone around him shine. Now that he’s gone, we carry his light to keep the darkness at bay.”

Trivium’s Matt Heafy To Produce New Frozen Soul Album

Frozen Soul have recruited Trivium’s Matt Heafy to produce their new album. The band recently traveled to Florida to begin pre-production for the effort.

Frozen Soul commented:

“Hey everyone, we have a huge announcement that we are so excited to share! We would like to welcome Matthew kiichichaos Heafy of Trivium to our cold crew! Matt will be producing our next full length album! Matt is a huge inspiration for us and one of the the bands that got our guitarist Michael Munday into playing metal. It’s an honor to work with someone who is so passionate about heavy music!

This past week we were invited out to the Trivium hangar in Florida to work on preproduction tracks and we had a blast! We are so excited to unleash this unbelievably heavy, ice cold and glacier crushing record on all of you!”

Heafy added:

“It is my distinguished honor to announce that Frozen Soul has entrusted me to produce their next full length album.

I couldn’t be more excited.

Frozen Soul is a band that I am not only a big fan of, but one that I believe can truly make a massive impact in the heavy music world. Metal fans, extreme metal fans, hardcore fans – everyone agrees that Frozen Soul is something special.

To have a band that already has so much of their signature sound already fleshed out – and presented in such a unique way that’s entirely their own – is inspiring to me.

I can’t wait to – together with Frozen Soul – unleash the new album on the world!”

Frozen Soul Premiere “Arctic Stranglehold” Video

Frozen Soul have premiered a new video for their song “Arctic Stranglehold.” This track is from the band’s latest album “Crypt Of Ice.” Vocalist Chad Green commented:

“This song is our favorite off of Crypt Of Ice. Initially, we started out doing just a visual non-performance video for it. In the end, we thought that it deserved a lot more to really show the song. We went back to the drawing board with Tanner McCardle and our good friend Dave Gonzalez with Metal Dave Media and decided to shoot some DIY scenes ourselves to add into what Tanner had. All the performance scenes and death scenes were shot in our jam space. Tanner filmed some additional footage to add to that. After we got all of the new additions finished, Tanner reworked the original visuals that he filmed and edited it together with all the new footage. ‘Arctic Stranglehold’ came to life, or death! We put a lot of hard work into this video and are stoked for everyone to see it! COLD SCHOOL DEATH METAL FOREVER!”
