Vader Premiere “Into Oblivion” Music Video

Vader have premiered a new video for their new song “Into Oblivion.” This track is from the band’s new album “Solitude In Madness,” which will be released on May 1.

Piotr “Peter” Wiwczarek commented:

“Humanity never learns from its lessons. I feel tensions continuing to rise around the world. People have forgotten about true pain, from a bigger picture standpoint. Generationally, the new generation doesn’t respect the old, and I’d challenge they don’t even respect themselves. Our everyday lives are on TV, so there’s no soul left. Everything’s empty. I think technology is also sucking the human out of us. There are more lonely people now than ever before, and yet we’re supposed to be connected together by technology. It’s madness! That’s where the title, ‘Solitude In Madness’, came from, actually. Of course, I approach these topics in a very Vader way. I love telling stories and expressing myself through those stories.”

“I am so excited to finally show everyone how the new album sounds! ‘Shock And Awe‘ is the opening track of ‘Solitude In Madness‘ and includes all that you would expect from Vader: speed, aggression and blasting brutality. The album has been finished for a while but the procedure requires a little bit more patience. Expect this frantic song to be included on the set list for the upcoming tour in US/Canada. Vader commented:

“VADERMANIAX in North America! I am so excited to inform you all about our come back to USA and Canada after almost three years. 2020 is very special for VADER and that’s why we are so proud to start on your continent. In cooperation with Continental Concerts, Massive Music and Nuclear Blast, we will visit 23 cities in February and we will indeed bring madness for you. Three albums have anniversaries and we’ll focus on those: De Profundis – 25 years; Litany – 20 years and The Art of War – 15 years. We will definitely play some tunes from our last record Thy Messenger and something real fresh from VADER’s upcoming album. ARE YOU READY?!”

Vader Premiere New Song “Grand Deceiver”

Vader have premiered a new song titled “Grand Deceiver.” This track is from the band’s new EP “Thy Messenger,“ which will be released on May 31. The band commented:

“We are so excited to give you a new Vader song from our fresh record! ‘Grand Deceiver‘ is the opening track on Thy Messenger EP and perfect explanation of what you all may expect with the upcoming releases. Sharp as razor and brutal as Hell track is just an appetizer before the new Vader album to come. Chris of Nuclear Blast created this brilliant lyric-video clip, which you can watch while waiting for Thy Messenger. Sit comfortably, play it LOUD and…ENJOY!!!”

Vader Cover Judas Priest’s “Steeler” For New EP “Thy Messenger”

Vader have revealed that their new EP “Thy Messenger” will feature a cover of Judas Priest’s “Steeler.” That effort will be released on May 31 and it will also come with four of five songs the band recorded at Hertz Studio in Bialystok, Poland early this year. Furthermore, Vader’s new album, which is tentatively titled “…And Then There Was Only Pain,” will be tracked this spring. A fall release is expected.

The group commented:

“We decided to record this EP because we knew that the full length new album won’t be released before the end of 2019. We’re back on the road in June and we plan to have some new tunes ready for our fans throughout the summer – before that we’re due to start the recording process for the new Vader LP in April in England.

For the time being we’ve named the album: ‘…And Then There Was Only Pain‘ and it should be completed by the end of May – when ‘Thy Messenger‘ EP is due to be released worldwide. The EP includes three new tracks – mostly really vicious and aggressive tracks, even for Vader. ‘Emptiness‘ is more groovy in the main riff but really heavy at the end.

All of the songs are fast and short, but pretty intense. We’ve also added a new version of our classic title track from ‘Litany‘. It is 20 years since we recorded that album at the Red Studio. ‘Litany‘ – as a song – and many more from that album have never been performed live. This album is still one of the fan favourites in the Vader discography and we will resurrect this whole record as part of our touring this autumn.

Another bonus is the absolute classic cover of ‘Steeler‘ which has always been one of my all time favorite Priest songs.”
