“Chaosmos” Track Listing:

04. “Panoptical”
05. “Decolonizer”

Guitarist/vocalist Paul Ryan commented:

“Chaosmos‘… 25 years in the making. I’m personally super excited to present this album to our fanbase and I hope that they are excited to experience it as well! I personally tried to combine elements of every era stylistically of each album in this release and with the continuation of the same lineup for the last few albums I hope our fan base connects to the music that we have created!

Over the years, so many bands have used and imitated our musical approach but the most important elements of Origin‘s music are songwriting, composition, and structure dynamics, not just technicality and flare – and that can never be replicated. Thank you for taking the time to listen to our newest album to date …. Chaosmos.”

“Here we are again! Announcing yet another tour! I am happy to report to you that Origin will be hitting the road with Abysmal Dawn, Tombs, and Killitorous! After a two year break, I think it’s easy to understand that everyone may be a little apprehensive, nervous, or maybe just flat out rusty from a 2-year break of not doing what we love, and LUCKILY we get to share this new beginning with some familiar touring friends in Abysmal Dawn!

No one is going to feel all that embarrassed about if I can’t remember how to set up a drum kit, or if Charles Elliott has taken on clean singing, or someone forgets where their dirty, sweaty, stinky, salty stage laundry goes in the van! (it goes in the trailer, dear reader, NOT the van. in a blue Ikea bag, if ya must know).

Along with us comes Ottawa’s Killitorous, and Tombs From Brooklyn, NY to shake things up with everything black, death, tech, doom, and straight out METAL! So come out and get up close and see what all 4 of these bands have been ruminating in for the past 2 years! See you on tour!”

“Well, ladies and gentlemen we all knew it was coming. For the past week we have tried to hold on and bring Occupation Domination to as many of you as possible but it has become abundantly clear that for the safety of fans, crew and bands alike we have decided to formally end the tour and return home. As of now we are planning on POSTPONING Occupation Domination until the fall of 2020.

For all purchased tickets please contact your point of sale for details on refunds. Stay safe and healthy during this crazy time and we will see you all as soon as possible. If you wish to help the band out, as this has been a huge financial blow to Origin as well as for most touring musicians, you can support us by picking up merch at our indiemerch webpage and we will very soon be putting up exclusive items from this tour on our own bigcartel store.
