Wolfheart Premiere “Reaper” Live Video

Wolfheart have premiered a new live video for their song “Reaper.” This track is from the band’s latest album “Wolves Of Karelia.” Tuomas Saukkonen commented:

“Footage for the video is taken from our exclusive virtual gig with few added camera angles. It was a very different experience and made us miss our fans in the flesh more than ever. Counting the days until we get back on the road, but in the meantime, the true meaning of the song fits well for this moment as well, as the whole world is battling against the virus.”

Wolfheart Premiere “The Hammer” Video

Wolfheart have premiered a new video for their new song “The Hammer.” This track is from the band’s new album “Wolves Of Karelia,” which will be released on April 10.

Tuomas Saukkonen commented:

“‘The Hammer’ is the best song to describe the Finnish perseverance and willpower. ‘Never surrender, Never retreat, The last defender, The hammer of the north.’ Those lines really underline the fact that no matter what the conditions were, the enemy had to be stopped. Nature was the anvil and you had to become a hammer, and between those two, no invading army could survive.

With the video we wanted to reflect the brotherhood in the band and the crew in contrast to the wrath of the lyrics.”

Wolfheart Premiere “Hail Of Steel” Video

Wolfheart have premiered a new video for their new song “Hail Of Steel.” This track is from the band’s new album “Wolves Of Karelia,” which will be released on April 10. Tuomas Saukkonen commented:

“‘Hail Of Steel’ is an embodiment of the fierce chaos of war. The Finnish army had 32 tanks against 3000 Russian tanks, 114 planes against 3800 Russian planes, three times bigger troops, etc., so those Fins really saw steel and fire raining from the sky.”

Rescheduled Dates Revealed For Devastation On The Nation Tour Feat. Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Etc.

The dates have officially been rescheduled for the Devastation On The Nation Tour. As previously reported, that trek will feature Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant.

Devastation On The Nation and Metal Festival Tours founder Daniel DeFonce commented:

“We were pretty upset when we found out that the President issued a travel ban from Europe to the United States. We knew there was no way around it. We thought about having the bands fly here before the travel ban came into affect, but with more and more states/cities putting a cap on concerts, gatherings, etc, we knew that shows would have ended up being canceled. Within 24 hours, we heard back from all five bands on the tour about rescheduling it to February/March of 2021 and all five bands were in. From there, I went back to all the promoters/venues and was able to do the same exact route and have the same venues for the tour. It was an incredible feeling when this happened. So here we are, same lineup, same route, same venues but it’s happening February 11th – March 14th of 2021. We hope to see you all at these shows in 2021! Stay safe everyone.”

Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Etc. Tour Postponed

This year’s Devastation On The Nation Tour, which features Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant, has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The trek will now take place in 2021 with the same lineup.

The following statement was issued:

“Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are numerous states and cities on the Devastation On The Nation Tour that are putting bans on gatherings anywhere between 100-1000 people. On top of that, the President of the United States of America has put a travel ban in place for anyone coming from Europe to America for the next 30 days which starts Friday.

Three out of the five bands on this tour are from Europe which are Rotting Christ, Borknagar, and Wolfheart. They were scheduled to fly here on March 18th. Unfortunately, as you can see, our hands are tied and we have no other choice than to postpone the Devastation On The Nation Tour.

The tour will now be rescheduled to February 11th – March 14th, 2021 and will have the same route in place. The tour will still feature Rotting Christ, Borknagar, Wolfheart, Abigail Williams, and Imperial Triumphant.

To everyone who has purchased tickets already. If you would like a refund, you are able to get one by contacting the company you purchased it from. If you would like to hold onto your current ticket, it will be honored at the rescheduled date. We hope many of you will keep your tickets and join us in February/March of 2021.

Please stay tuned for our next announcement which will come very soon”
