  • 1349 Share “Striding The Chasm” Live Video

1349 have shared a new live video for their song “Striding The Chasm.” The performance is taken from the band’s new live album “Winter Mass.” That effort will be released on November 28 and it will feature the group’s November 20, 2021 show at the Parkteatret in Oslo, Norway.

    Frontman Ravn commented:

“‘Striding The Chasm’ is an emblematic track. It maintains the 1349 signature ferocity, but also adds a complexity in its approach and stands out as the most thrash-infused pinnacle in our catalog. It is the track that challenges the listener to confront their own dark and primal nature. Performing this track live was a revelation to me as the imminent connection between the song and audience became an instant hit and I feel the track’s potential is enhanced even more now within a live setting, within our Live Ritual…within our ‘Winter Mass.’”

    Bassist Seidemann added:

“‘Striding the Chasm’ from ‘Winter Mass’ showcases 1349 in supersonic splendor. The live version is a flawlessly executed, hyperaggressive up-tempo rendition, demonstrating the black metal mastery of 1349.”

  • The Black Dahlia Murder Postpone Their Latin American Tour Once Again

The Black Dahlia Murder have postponed their Latin American tour once again. New dates are still pending.

    The band commented:

“To our loyal Blast Fiends of Latin America. Since rescheduling our dates, conflicts arose in a handful of cities that would have required another round of changes which would affect the show we wanted to put on for you. Instead of pushing forward to make this happen before the end of the year, we, along with local promoters, decided to take the time to set these shows up right and bring you the shows you deserve. Again we are really bummed that we couldn’t make this happen at this time.

All tickets can be refunded at point of purchase, for this, please contact your local promoter,

Can’t wait to see you all in 2026. – The Black Dahlia Murder“
