Left Behind Premiere New Song “Outside The Body”

Left Behind have premiered a new song titled “Outside The Body.” This track is from the band’s new album “No One Goes To Heaven,“ which will be released on November 15.

Zach Hatfield commented:

“I wrote that song thinking about how tiresome it is just to do basic tasks. Whether I’m overthinking the stress I’m going to have from work, or anxiety from talking to people, I get stuck in my head having the same thoughts over and over again. Sometimes I even zone out until someone says my name.

I think about things I’m ashamed of that happened years ago. Things that really shouldn’t be as big of a deal as I make them to be but it’s hard to stop thinking the way I do.

I have goals I set for myself whether that’s in music or my personal life, but this feeling of dread and a lack of inspiration keeps me from achieving a lot. Might just sound like I’m lazy but there’s a lot more going on in my head than just not being motivated.”

Left Behind Premiere New Song “Peeling Wax” Feat. Kublai Khan’s Matt Honeycutt

Left Behind have premiered a new song titled “Peeling Wax.” This track features Kublai Khan’s Matt Honeycutt and an official video for it can be found below. The band’s new album “No One Goes To Heaven“ will be released on November 15.

Zach Hatfield commented:

“All the songs have different meanings, some were inspired by how I’m still recovering from things that happened a couple years ago with some of the stuff I wrote about on the last album. ‘Peeling Wax‘ in particular was about a conversation I had with Matt (from Kublai Khan) during the first tour we did together.

To sum it up, he told me he connected with what I say, that he felt like he was alone in a lot of things he experiences and our music was like a light in the darkness he felt. We became a lot closer friends over the last couple years and I decided to write the song about that same loneliness we feel. It was only right to feature him on the track.”
