Howard Jones (Light The Torch, Ex-Killswitch Engage) Guests On New Tone Assassins Song “All Or Nothing”

Tone Assassins, the project featuring ex-Soilwork guitarist Peter Wichers, have premiered a new song titled “All Or Nothing.” This track features Howard Jones (Light The Torch, ex-Killswitch Engage) and it will appear on the band’s upcoming EP. It’s worth noting that Jones guested on two of the five songs included on the EP and that the project was designed to create music for things like movies, commercials, etc.

Howard Jones (Ex-Killswitch Engage, Etc.) Talks Upcoming Projects With Peter Wichers (Ex-Soilwork)

During a recent appearance on “The Jasta Show,” Howard Jones (Light The Torch, ex-Killswitch Engage) revealed that he will be guesting on two of the five songs included on Tone Assassins’ new EP. That project, which features Peter Wichers (ex-Soilwork), creates music for things like movies, commercials, etc. The EP is tentatively set to be released on May 1 and Jones said the tracks are “very different” and “not metal.” Furthermore, Jones also discussed his and Wicher’s King Fighter project, saying the group are planning to release their first single around May. Aside from that, Jones also revealed that he has guested on a new song from Violent New Breed, the band featuring Max Green (ex-Escape The Fate). That single is expected be released in May as well.

Watch Trivium’s Matt Heafy Cover Killswitch Engage’s “My Curse” Acoustically

During a recent live stream on Twitch, Trivium’s Matt Heafy performed an acoustic cover of Killswitch Engage’s “My Curse.” The frontman decided to cover the track for former Killswitch Engage singer Howard Jones, who filled in for him on Trivium’s recent tour. He also gave Jones one of his guitars as well.
