Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley has sold his publishing and recorded music catalog to HarbourView Equity Partners. Fox Rothschild served as HarbourView’s legal counsel on the deal, while Whibley was represented by Keller Turner Andrews & Ghanem, PLLC’s Jordan Keller and Sarah Smith.
