Filmed outside in the forests of Gothenburg Sweden and directed by Joel Nilsson and assisted by Tony Jelencovich they did an incredible job! I am very proud of this offering by A Pale Horse Named Death.”

A Pale Horse Named Death Premiere New Song “Shards Of Glass”

A Pale Horse Named Death have premiered a new song titled “Shards Of Glass” This track is from the band’s new album “Infernum In Terra,“ which will be released on September 24. Sal Abruscato commented:

“This song refers to the mental and emotional abuse that happens in a family setting. Tiptoeing around a family member that causes only emotional damage to you and your family, whatever they touch they destroy, whatever they say about your character is a lie and no one trusts what you are saying is true. You get this feeling that the broken glass you walk on is what lies in their wake of destruction.”

A Pale Horse Named Death Premiere New Song “Believe In Something (You Are Lost)”

A Pale Horse Named Death have premiered a new song titled “Believe In Something (You Are Lost).” This track is from the band’s new album “Infernum In Terra,“ which will be released on September 24. Sal Abruscato commented:

“‘Believe In Something (You Are Lost)‘ is about feeling lost with your emotions and beliefs with the outside world, you’re on the verge of snapping, feeling alone and that’s the moment where you need to dig deep with your self, focus on what makes you feel better, ignore the rest who do not help. In a nutshell believe in your self and you can achieve anything!”

“The album to me represents a new beginning, turning a new leaf shall we say with the same vibe from past albums but with a fresh open-minded approach. There is no real concrete specific concept, it touches on some personal topics in my life long, my interest in the dark arts, that to have light you must have darkness to balance everything.

With daylight comes nightfall, with heaven there is hell and at this moment the world seems to be in a very dark place hence the title of the album ‘Infernum In Terra‘. This is a very dark album, but what else is new I always write dark music to soothe a dark soul!”

A Pale Horse Named Death Working On New Album

A Pale Horse Named Death (ex-Type O Negative, etc.) have entered the studio to work on their new album. Sal Abruscato commented:

“I am really looking forward to releasing APHND’s fourth album later this year. 2021 is the 10 year anniversary since APHND’s first album ‘And Hell Will Follow Me‘ was released so it’s even more special for me to release a new album this year. There has been so much depression and anxiety for so many during this pandemic, how the world has literally become undone in 2020. I started working on material back in early 2020 and felt I needed to evolve, switch things up with more instrumentation, different vibes, and unleash a new album for the fans this year! We are in the middle of production and I can’t wait to release it. Looking forward to working with Long Branch Records and SPV again as well!”

A Pale Horse Named Death Premiere “Fell In My Hole” Music Video

A Pale Horse Named Death have premiered a new video for their song “Fell In My Hole.” This track is from the band’s latest album “When The World Becomes Undone.”

Sal Abruscato commented:

“APHND are very excited to have worked with Joel Nilsson at Maluha Media and Tony Jelencovich — who’s also in Transport League — to create and release a cinematic conceptual video for the song ‘Fell In My Hole‘. We did not want to do the typical performance video of a band onstage.

We wanted to give more to the story of manic depression. When we had the opportunity to work with Joel and Tony and film in Gothenburg, Sweden, we felt that is was gonna be special, something that will draw the viewer into that world.”
