  • TRUSTcompany’s “The Lonely Position Of Neutral” Released On Vinyl For The First Time

TRUSTcompany‘s “The Lonely Position Of Neutral” has been released on vinyl for the first time through Smartpunk Records. Two variants can be purchased HERE.

    Vocalist Kevin Palmer commented:

“It’s wild to think that 23 years after its release, ‘The Lonely Position of Neutral‘ is finally available on vinyl. This record changed our lives, and we’re beyond thankful that it continues to connect with people all these years later.”

Smartpunk Records label manager Matt Burns added:

“This record, and specifically ‘Downfall‘, created a core memory in my mind from when you’d discover new music on the radio. I remember in the early 2000s, I would find out about so many new bands from MTV or MuchMusic, but I got turned onto TRUSTcompany from our local South Florida rock station (shoutout ZETA 94.9)!

I got tickets to see the band at the Halloweenie Roast, which also had KoRn and I think Theory of a Deadman? Tickets were probably only like $30, but I remember the band blew my young mind away! I picked up the CD from a local shop shortly after, and to be able to work with the band over 20 years later on this release is so insane to me!”

  • Alexisonfire Share Cover Of Rusty’s “Misogyny”

Alexisonfire have shared their cover of Rusty’s “Misogyny.” That track is from the band’s new covers EP, “Copies Of Old Masters Volume 1,” which will be released on November 7. Vocalist George Pettit said the following about the single:

“It’s 1996 and you love snowboarding, rock and roll, and sexual puns… flash back to a MuchMusic special called Snow Job ’96 where Rusty played ‘Misogyny’ at the base of a ski hill on live television. YouTube it, and imagine a 16-year-old version of yourself immediately getting dreadlocks the next day.”

  • Saliva And Austin John Winkler (Ex-Hinder) Share Video For New Song “Too Broke To Fix”

Saliva have premiered a new song titled “Too Broke To Fix.” That track features Austin John Winkler (ex-Hinder) and a video for it can be found below:

    Saliva vocalist Bobby Amaru commented:

“The song dives into mental health, identity, and the feeling of living on the edge of control. It’s about masking pain, feeling lost, and trying to find meaning in the chaos. Having Austin on this track was a blast. I’ve always been a fan of his voice, and getting him involved just made total sense. He brings so much raw energy and emotion to the song. He’s got something to say, and I’m here for it.”

    Winkler added:

“‘Too Broke To Fix‘ was a song I knew I’d be into right away, just based on the title alone. I’ve felt that way many times in my life. When Bobby sent it to me and I listened to the opening guitar riff, I was in 100%! It was amazing collaborating on it with him and I think our voices really capture the rawness of the message in the song and we delivered a fire track for the world to get down to! I can’t wait to play it live!”
