Miley Cyrus Recruits Elton John, Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Etc. For Her Metallica Covers Album

Back in October 2020, Miley Cyrus revealed that she was working on a Metallica covers album and now she has confirmed that the effort will feature some special guests. She said the following about that during an appearance on “Capital Breakfast With Roman Kemp“:

“I did a Metallica cover of ‘Nothing Else Matters‘ featuring Elton John on piano. I’ve got Yo-Yo Ma, Chad Smith [Red Hot Chili Peppers]—so many all-stars. I’m so excited about this collaboration. Andrew Watt produced it, and I’m really stoked. I mean, having Elton John and Metallica and me—I love it when ingredients don’t quite fit.”
