Mastodon have started the recording process for their new album. Guitarist Bill Kelliher confirmed the news on Patreon. The record will be the band’s first without guitarist/vocalist Brent Hinds. Nick Johnston has been filling his spot on the road, but it is unclear if his position is permanent.
