Deftones Launch “Ceremony” Beer

Deftones have teamed up with Belching Beaver once again to create a new beer called “Ceremony.” The double dry hopped hazy IPA is a 6.5% ABV beverage featuring citra and galaxy hops.

The band commented:

“Ceremony Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA – our 8th and newest collaboration with Belching Beaver – has arrived. This finely crafted brew takes an easy drinking Hazy IPA and doubles down on the juicy and tropical hop varietals, coming in at 6.5% ABV.

Try it on draft or pick up a 4-pack at your nearest Belching Beaver location in San Diego today. For our fans in other cities, online orders begin at 11:30AM PT at belchingbeaver.com. Their brew finder will update as Ceremony rolls out through distribution channels in the coming weeks. Pre-orders via CraftShack are live now.

U.S. availability: AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, NE, NV, MN, OR, TX, WA, WI”

Deftones’ Stephen Carpenter Shares “Ceremony” Guitar Playthrough Video

Deftones Premiere “Ceremony” Music Video

Deftones have premiered a new video for their song “Ceremony.” The clip was directed by Leigh Whannell (“Invisible Man”, “Saw”) and it stars actress Cleopatra Coleman (“The Last Man On Earth”). The track appears on the band’s latest album “Ohms.”

Deftones frontman Chino Moreno commented:

“When Leigh tweeted that he was a fan, we immediately thought it would be cool to collaborate with him given the chance. We’re fans of his as well, so it made sense that we should reach out. One moment we’re DM’ing each other on Twitter, and the next we’re on set making ‘Ceremony‘. This has always been the best way for us to collaborate: organically, collaboratively and in this case, expeditiously. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we had making it.”

Whannell added:

“I’ve been a huge Deftones fan for over twenty years and have always admired the devotion they have dedicated to every aspect of their art – from music videos to album covers to their cryptic and intriguing lyrics. To get a chance to be a part of that art was a dream come true.”
