• From Ashes To New Respond After X/Twitter Labels Their “Reflections” Cover Art As AI

From Ashes To New have responded after X/Twitter put an AI label on their cover art for “Reflections” (out April 17). The band said the following:

“Hey @grok not cool to falsely call our album art AI. We paid an artist to create this art & stand by him, as he’s been creating incredible art for us long before AI was a tool people use. He uses photoshop to create detailed art and the last we checked photoshop isn’t AI”

  • Cold Reschedule/Cancel Upcoming Live Shows

Cold have scrapped a number of live shows as frontman Scooter Ward’s mother continues to recover from a “major stroke.” Some dates have been rescheduled, while others have been cancelled.

    Ward issued the following statement:

“It’s never an easy decision for us to have to cancel or reschedule any shows for an upcoming tour.

With that said, family always remains the most important thing in all of our lives. Family health issues are sometimes unexpected and can create certain issues for us leaving.

This January my mother had a major stroke while I was visiting my family for the holidays. She ended up pulling through but it’s been a rough couple of months for her during recovery. I’m forever thankful and blessed she’s still with us. She’s finally now feeling a bit better and things are looking a bit more positive.

I extended my stay to help facilitate all the things necessary to make both my parents lives easier during this time and to help where I could with all the day to day things.

With that said, I had to make the decision to delay the start of the tour.

Fortunately some of the shows were able to be rescheduled and unfortunately a few were not.

Note that this only affects shows from 4.15 to 5.02

Shows that were able to be rescheduled are listed below with new dates.
