“2026 looks like it is going to start with an explosion with the ‘Thrash Of The Titans’ tour. Joining us will be our metal brothers Overkill and Destruction. Our friendship has almost reached four decades. This is gonna be a thrash metal show you don’t wanna miss!”

    Overkill’s Bobby “Blitz” Ellsworth continued:

“March can’t come soon enough. We are stoked to be part of this killer package, that will lay waste to the States! Let’s get this show on the road!”

    Destruction’s Schmier added:

“This is killer news — the ‘Thrash Of The Titans’ tour is finally hitting America! So many fans have been shouting for this, and now it’s happening. The best tours happen when you roll with bands you respect, bands you can raise hell with — and when the bill just hits hard.”

  • “G.I Joe: A Real American Hero” Band Cold Slither Share New Holiday Single “Cobra Claws Are Coming To Town”

Cold Slither, the fictional band that originated from a 1985 episode of “G.I Joe: A Real American Hero,” have released a new holiday track titled “Cobra Claws Are Coming To Town.” You can check that out below:

    Members of the band commented:

    Zartan:

“Well… Along with the persistent pestering by Torch and Ripper, Cobra Commander now has a new scheme to ensnare the masses with a… Ugh… Christmas song.

I, being the consummate professional, and of course gold being an easy persuader, was only too happy to oblige the dear Commander with the most shredding of holiday mayhem you’ll ever hear! I give you, “Cobra Claws are Coming Town”. You all remember the siege upon Keystone City right?! Hahahaha!!!”

    Ripper:

“All’s I wanted for Xmas was to see the USS Flagg sink like a stone into the briny deep – well, that and maybe a new piledriver, but instead, the boss wanted us to sing a Christmas song, of all things! Then I thought, who am I to refuse our legions of screaming fans a little ‘oliday brainwa- er ‘eadbanging!”

    Torch:

“It’s a bloomin’ treat to once again show the yobbos why we’re the best heavy metal band in the world!! Bludgers thought we was washed up, but we put out the best album of 2025! Didn’t think we could nail a Chrissie song, and we turn in a bloody ripper! And wait till you read the lyrics!! Least, I’ve heard they’re good. Reading ain’t me strong suit.”

    Buzzer:

“Ehh, he’s not really a Joe guy like us. Maybe just something like “I likes me choo choo train… And me chainsaw too!” Ross, is that what you have him playing at the beginning of the video?”

  • Battle Beast Announce New Vocalist Marina La Torraca

Battle Beast have officially recruited Marina La Torraca (Phantom Elite, Exit Eden) as their new vocalist. She will be replacing Noora Louhimo, who recently exited the group.

    Battle Beast commented:

“One story ends, another begins. We’re excited to start this new chapter and introduce you to the new voice of Battle Beast: Marina La Torraca.

You may know Marina from her work with Phantom Elite, Exit Eden, or her feature vocals across various other projects. Now, she joins Battle Beast as we step into the next era of the band.”

    Marina continued:

“When I first saw an email with both Battle Beast and my name in the subject line, I honestly thought it had to be a mistake. But once I opened it, I couldn’t have been happier. I’m incredibly honored to be part of this new chapter and deeply grateful for the trust and support from the band.

Is it a little terrifying to follow in the wake of a vocal legend like Noora? You bet! Is it also very exciting? Absolutely. Battle Beast is one of the hardest-working and most genuinely talented bands out there, and I’m proud to be here to help them keep growing and spreading joy. Buckle up — this is going to be fun.”

    The band also added:

“We hope you, our fans, will give Marina a warm welcome to the Battle Beast family. ❤️

Our first adventures together will take us into truly exotic waters in more ways than one, as the Far East & Down Under Tour kicks off in March. 🍣🦘
