2017 Pointfest Cancelled In Wake Of Chris Cornell’s Death

The 2017 Pointfest in St. Louis, MO has been cancelled as a result of Chris Cornell’s death. Soundgarden were supposed to headline the event on May 20.

Organizers issued the following statement:

“It is with deep regret, we are announcing that due to the sudden passing of Chris Cornell of Soundgarden last night, Pointfest on Saturday is cancelled.

Tickets purchased online at LiveNation.com or through Ticketmaster will automatically be refunded. Tickets purchased at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre Box Office must be returned to the box office for full refund.

Korn Drop Off 2017 Pointfest

Korn have been forced to cancel their May 13 performance at the 2017 Pointfest in St. Louis, MO. The cancellation comes as a result of a doctor ordering Jonathan Davis to go on vocal rest.
